The tv in the room did not work and then somehow in the middle of the night it turned itself on and there was no picture on the screen only audio.. The rooms piping system can be heard whenever the pipes were carrying water.

This hotel is nicely located in the heart of Uppsala, right next to the train station but on the quieter side. Of course one has more hotel options next to the river. But as a city in the size of Uppsala, staying next to the train station is much more practical especially when you are traveling with multiple suitcases. The river is too far away to walk with your luggage, but too close to take bus/taxi. The staff is very friendly and helpful, flexible and can accommodate for special demands. And the rooms are very standard and neat, clean and cozy. Lots of breakfast options!

Unfortunately the shower head in the bathroom was broken which ruined my morning but otherwise all was nice. I reported the problem and hope it was fixed for the next guest.

The hotel is next to the train station but quiet. I had a nice view over the city. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of fruit and smoothies and the breakfast area cozy.

The hotel is well placed for short visits, a short bus or train journey from the airport. The breakfast was very good, the room was nice and quiet.

I am disappointed with breakfast. I have celiac disease (gluten) and I have also vegan diet. The allergy table was badly organised and placed, I saw people with normal bread on their plates to get butter and other things from that table. Dangerous. Breakfast did not feel fresh and on my second morning I found the same items offered, dried and old looking, served from the same bowls as the day before. I could see where I had scooped with my spoon in the hummus and tapenade. Potatos where impossible to cut because of the strange hard and dry outer layer.. The oil and balsamic in the tables probably haven’t been changed for a long while because I tried to open many of them but couldn’t get the cork off.

I loved the room, the bed and the little extras like the bathrobe. Gym was nice and sauna too. Although it was cold 2 of the 3 times I went to check.

The parking (public parking across the street with reserved hotel spots) is quite cramped and not easy to navigate with a bigger car.

Spacious modern room, great breakfast buffet an friendly staff. We didn't use all facilities but it's a modern hotel next to the station. Easy to walk around and catch a train if needed. Smooth check in and out.

Noise and vibration seem to be readily transmitted from rooms above.

Wonderful sauna facilities, good gym. Location excellent, delicious breakfast. Room facilities included stuff we often miss when travelling - face washers, full array of toiletries, good cupboard space, iron & ironing board, tea/coffee/cocoa. Friendly and helpful staff. Also, great tv options for a night in.

Found an old pillow cover in one of the cupboards and the vanity kit was empty, ie missing the kit but the box was still there and the exhaust air vent was dusty/dirty in the bathroom. Maybe a bit of TLC on the cleaning side

Great pet policy, and liked the way they handle having a dog. Nice quiet rooms and we slept well.
