Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LatviaFloor in our room was a bit sandy and dirty. We slept in 4 people room. The bed was comfy, but the couch was quite terrible. One side was soft, but the other one was not soft and comfortable at all. For paying 200 eur for a room I expected at least a somewhat good bed.
Modern lobby. Good room, good breakfast. Perfect location if going to concert in tele2 arena or Avicii arena.

SwedenOur room didn't have a minifridge even though the designated space was there. No ice buckets for the rooms either, only cups filled with ice, and it was annoying to go down to the lobby every time to get more, because in our room didn't had a telephone to the reception either.
Great location, easy access to public transportation subway and bus station. Grocery store near by, such as a small shopping mall. Good breakfast, many options of food and drinks. Kind and helpful staff.

GermanyIt was not very clean in the room. I don't mind the no cleaning during your stay policy, but I expect to find a clean room when I arrive. It was quite dusty underneath the bed but there never seems to be any cleaning done under the sofabed. In the dust we found a towel, a bottle of water, someone's glasses, rubbish... There were two football matches on right next to the hotel. We didn't book the hotel for it and should maybe have thought about that...it being right next to the stadion... For the first match it was just very crowded but for the second match there was a big police presence and a lot was blocked off. My daughter had a hard time getting back into the hotel after meeting some friends in the city. I wish there would have been some information on display for the guests about what time to avoid being outside the arena.
Very friendly staff especially in the restaurant and in the breakfast room. They were extremely busy in the mornings and had to carry a lot but always smiled and had a nice word. Great selection of food.

FinlandThe coffe mugs in the room were dirty (had coffee stains on them) and a pink ear plug was found in the room which made it feel like it was not clean properly.
Breakfast was fantastic and the Hotel has very nice games in the lobby to play. Great vibe and look of the hotel as well and everything else besides the cleanliness of the suite was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here and the breakfast was delicious too.
