No cappuccino machine in such hotel, too basic. Mattress was too soft and “curvy” which led to a bit of back pain

Hotel is close to Solna train station and bus stop. In case of some questions on reception we received immediately feedback, also they help us to follow our plan for Stockholm visit. Breakfast is delicious. Lot of different kind of tasty food including fresh fruits and vegetables. In case of next Stockholm visit we will use again this hotel.

There was a company event in the hotel in the evening and the music was disturbing and could be heard at rooms.

Very good breakfast. Room was initially hard to find as the hotel consists of two buildings and the room numbering is similar in both.

Busy at breakfast in the weekend. Missed the downtown feel, as this is next to sports arena and mall in suburb. The family room did have two extra beds in the room, but made it almost impossible to walk through the room.

Breakfast buffet had a lot of choice, next to a huge mall and walking distance from train station.

The location of hotel was gooe and also the staff was helpful especially Jessica she did great efforts with rwservation of the room and the suprise for my wife birthday. The staying time in the hotwl was fun and we spen a nice vacation. Totally recommend the hotel.

Standard twin room did not match the description. It had courtyard view (abt 5 meters to opposite windows instead of nice round windows and great view).

Just few steps from arena -perfect to go to concert. Comfortable beds, efficient air-conditioning. Breakfast and selecting time slot.

When the hotel is fully booked it is quite crowded in the breakfast area so in that case it is better to be there early or late (30 min before closure) if possible.

Very professional, clean and extra helpful staff. Was attending a concert at Strawberry Arena and therefor the location was perfect. The gym was very good.

You have great choice for the breakfast, it was only a bit crowded in the room as it is a large hotel.

It is close to a station, close to a mall, really centrally located in Stockholm and the room has all needed comfort and was really large.

Breakfast time was like a cattle market and was difficult to find an empty place to sit and eat. There was no staff doing any monitoring so anyone could come into the hotel and have breakfast. The room had no tea/coffee making facilities, the wardrobe was small and there was no drawers to put clothes in consequently a lot of our clothes were kept in the suitcase. Also, the bed had 2 single quilts and not a double

The hotel was clean and comfy. It was well situated with the Mall and train station being very close. There was an enormous choice of food for breakfast. The hotel was quiet despite being fully booked

I felt the room was very minimalist. There were no drawers to put clothes except for a wardrobe with 3 hangers in it. I would have liked coffee/tea making facilities.

The location was perfect for visiting the Strawberry Arena - it couldn't be closer. It is also very close to the Westfield Shopping Mall which is great. The beds are very comfortable - the room was large and had a lovely big window. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and I would stay there again if I was visiting the arena. I think it was good value for what we paid.

The room cleaning must be pre-ordered one day not on a daily. The room wasn't including a kettle to help.

Very close to the arena and easy access to the central station. Breakfast was really good, room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and the view from our 19th floor room was beautiful.
