Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

What an excellent hotel! The service here was really good, the decor is really nice and modern, the room was comfortable, clean and stylish - and the breakfast included was amazing! Would highly recommend! I also love how the room had two 4kg weights in case we wanted to work out!

It really was spacious room for a family with a kid and a baby. Rooms are clean and nicely designed. Liked the shower, hot water in the bathroom and toilet. Restaurant was great with nice Italian dinner options. Breakfast was plenty options and good as well. Oarking is paid but right in the hotel premises and many spots. Overall great place. Loved the idea of having coffee and tea with cookies for guests <3

United StatesAbsolutely beautiful hotel! Just lovely. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The shower was crazy good, possibly the best shower I have ever had. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods. The only difficulty, and the only reason I did not do a perfect ten on the review, is that a new metro stop is being built next to the hotel. When the metro is built, this hotel will be absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, right now, because of the enormous constructions site, the hotel is not walkable to anywhere and we were reliant on Uber, which added up quickly. But the hotel itself is amazing.

CroatiaThe breakfast was excellent, very abundant and varied. The room was spacious and well organized, as was the bathroom. The friendly staff was always helpful with all the information. It is easy to get to the city by tram and metro, it takes about 25 minutes. The neighborhood itself is not very interesting, but it is well connected by buses and tram. The hotel provides top comfort and good quality stay. The restaurant in the hotel is also recommended.

The staff Walid and Matteo were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the Stockholm area, providing great advice and support with transport. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is under development, lots of food places; location is great for commuting to central, and if you're visiting the Tele2 Arena.

The offered breakfast can satisfy the tastes of all guests with its variety and quality as well as its quantity. The location was better than my first choice (near Bromma airport), but still not exactly the one I would have liked. On the other hand, the location corresponds well to the prices for staying at the hotel.
