Although the room was very clean, the furniture is a bit old. There was one table and a wooden closet door that were about to be broken. There were also some scratches on the floor which need fixes. The toilet has very little soap and no tissues or hair conditioner. Another thing is that when I booked the room, I wrote a message but did not get any answer. However, when I reached the hotel the staff was very nice and cooperative.

The hotel is located in a nice place in Gothenburg. The hotel provides a very close protected garage for the car. The garage needs prior booking against an extra cost of 150 SEK/day. There is a very close bus stop near the hotel. A basic nice continental breakfast is available. The family room is spacious with four separate spacious beds and has a private bathroom and a little refrigerator.

Rude male receptionist, TV was old fashioned not a smart TV, no privacy lace on the curtains, bathroom drainage system lacking, and musty smell in room.

Really friendly ladies at reception, good selection for breakfast buffet, excellent shower pressure, nice glass elevator and clean overall.

Had to go and ask for pillows.. room smelt damp when first went in.. had to go and ask for towels as 4 stayed with only 3 towels no towels offered on the other days so had to go and get clean ones.. same with toilet roll had to go and ask for it.. there was mould on the bathroom ceiling.. could do with updating and the fridge didn't work. Was OK to just sleep in.

Cleanness of the room , the tea and cooffe Pets removed exactly on the time .bed is extreemly uncomfortable I never seen like that.

I like its Position and its price with breakfast is also Excellent.

it's very old, the blanked smelled, and breakfast wasn't good. Also, there is a lot of dust under the bed. My room was close to the elevator, and I could hear it going up and down.

I booked it because of the close location to the stadium, and the location was ok for this purpose

the property was well maintained but the rooms has TV’s which weren’t working and lights of the rooms are faulty.

Well, a lot of things didn't work here. First of all, we didn't have daily housekeeping service. We had to ask a receptionist to change our towels. Second of all, we said that we won't be able to have breakfast and we kindly asked for a lunchbox. We came to check out and another lady at the reception looked at us strangely and then gave some boxes to us so we can put food there. I mean, that was sooo unprofessional and we asked for that in advance. Those things were unacceptable so our stay here wasn't very pleasant.

The smells, everything in the room had an distinct smell. The bed smelled like antiperspirant, a lot, kind of as if the person changing the sheets also took a nap there and their smell stayed behind. The bathroom as well, it had a weird smell not bad per say but not as pleasant as it should be. Towels were maybe the worst offender, the room smell you can air out the bathroom you can tolerate, but the towels even clean had a unpleasant smell which transferred to the body when used.

The breakfast choices were small but the items included were of good quality. Room was as you'd expect for 3 stars it was clean, overall not bad and not great, and for how little you stay in it it's going to be fine. Location was great to get you moving, public transport 10 mins away which then took 15 minutes to city center. There are no good views from the windows but there is a water tower behind the hotel, which has an amazing vantage point over a large portion of the city.
