Our room was clearly an old storage closet next to the "reception desk". It was a good thing there was a TV in the room, as we could hear every conversation outside through the walls/door. The deadbolt on our door would not throw (it was clearly misaligned with the door jamb) but as we couldn't find any staff, we couldn't tell them about it. The door automatically locked so we still felt safe, but if I had been travelling alone I would have requested help. The bathroom was oddly laid out, the sink was too small to wash your face in without water splashing everywhere, and the only surface to put toiletries on was the back of the toilet.

Easy to find, and the included breakfast was a great bonus. We booked an inside/no window room, and it was as expected - windowless! The room only held 2 twin beds, but had a wall-mounted TV and a small wall-mounted wardrobe for hanging jackets. There was a foldable suitcase holder, but no space to use it. The bathroom was smaller than some cruise ship bathrooms, but there was plenty of hot water for 2 showers in the morning. The breakfast offering was small, but had enough for us and was replenshed frequently. Check-in was easy, but then we never saw staff (other than at breakfast) for the rest of our stay. In all, we would recommend this hotel again given the hotel costs elsewhere in the city and the location.

Elevator was out and had to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Staff was not really available during the day, only from 3-9.

Quite pricey for a very small room. No floor mat, so there will be a lot of dirt in the room when you walk in, especially in winter. No windows, which is expected, but I underestimated how suffocating a room without windows is. No noise proof at all, we could literally hear a conversation in the opposite room, with our door and their door closed.

Very good location, at the center of the Old Town. Lots of nice restaurants within minutes of walking. Nice and friendly staff. New bed sheets and towels every day.

every time that you get sofa bed is not ok, no comfortable. also as is expected to be in downtown, you will hear a lot of noise in the nights, so be aware of this.

Awesome location. Even though staff was rarely seen, it was easy to get (remote) help through the call button. The bathroom was large (slightly bigger than my room I think).

It could get very noisy when people walked by on the street below, which might be a bigger problem during the summer when it gets busy. There were many high spots that had a lot of dust (maybe months worth) that would be easy to miss for shorter people.

More information about the room being located up 2 additional floors, there is a lift to reception on the second floor, but just a few more stairs tothe top floors.

Locals great, breakfast needs some focus, frozen bread says it all.

The room was not only small but rather cluttered. The space distribution was very poor, making for a rather uncomfortable stay, I think even a smaller bed for.one person would be admissible and offer more personal space. There are no closets and barely any space to hang stuff (i understand it's a small room, but i know there are many design workarounds out there. The shower floor is at the same level as the rest of the bathroom (which is found to be very common in stockholm), but it makes for a messy room after showering. All these things considered, the price seemed a bit steep.
