Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location right beside Arlanda Express is superb. Close to tour bus stop and within walking distance of all city centre attractions. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of food on offer

LithuaniaI would reccomend booking a larger room, as the rooms are quite small. The regular double room is too small for 2 persons.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I am in love with all the staff. We had a small problem, but the staff found a solution that solved it immediately. The breakfast was great, and beds were super comfortable. The hotel is right at the entrance to the train going to Arlanda which is fantastic. The hotel also has a unique Ice Bar!

United StatesI have stayed at the Hotel C many times in the last 10 years. This year I had an early flight to Oslo and had to leave the hotel 6am in the morning. The night before I asked to get a take away box for breakfast, the answer was - we do not do that type of service. It was very disappointing since "frukost" consisted of cookies and some stale flat bread. As a comparison, I can tell you that the Hotel Thon in Oslo does provide that type breakfast service for people who have early flights or train reservations.

Swedenthe one main thing i didn't like was that we got 2 room keys but only one of them seemed to work and was very confusing as if just one person wanted to go out, they had to take both keys meaning no one else can go out

PolandVery poor communication prior the arrival. I was staying 2 days but for some reason I had separate reservation for each day. I tried to get information whether I can stay in the same room. I asked this question 3 or 4 times and every time I got useless answers regarding other issues e.g. how I can prolong my stay. The exact answer came when I was already on the plane. It was alright at the end I stayed in the same room, but such a good hotel like this one could do better.
Very nice atmosphere, Good stuff at the reception. Nice rooms. Fantastic location, practically at the main rail station in Stockholm. Very good breakfast
