Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomLocation, staff, breakfast were all excellent. Our room was at the far side (Upper East Side) and was very noisy each morning with deliveries and bin empty. But in a city you need to expect this. More hangers for clothes please..... No AC which was a surprise and in great September weather of 26 degrees the room was stuffy with only small deluxe windows. I paid for a superior double with large windows ans I need to check this I would still return Stockholm is excellent

Location is great for getting around and seeing Stockholm. Easy to get to from airport thanks to great links with Arlanda Express. Metro stations and Gamla Stan within easy walking distance. Breakfast is fantastic, with a lot of choice. Room was amazing, clean and well thought out.

Here is the translation: "An excellent hotel with a lot of charm. Fantastic breakfast with a wide selection and many fresh delicacies. Very friendly staff. The wine bar has a huge selection with many delicious treats. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the metro and many good dining options. The rooms are very well designed, the only downside being a 50 cm wide wardrobe, which also housed an ironing board, even though there was enough space for a larger wardrobe. This caused a bit of chaos as our clothes were spread out all over the room. But that's just nitpicking at a high level. If we visit Stockholm again, we will definitely stay here."

SwitzerlandWe came from Arlanda Airport by public transportation - it was an easy ride and not difficult to find. 1st room we had was 202 (no ac) - but it was to warm in the room so we switched to 232 (also no ac) with a nice view to the park and indeed colder. The donwside was the bathroom which was tiny but clean and everything was working perfectly find. What we really liked was the breakfast. Excellent choice and quality and the possiblity to eat breakfast outside. The staff was very friendly and helpfull during checkin, checkout and while switching rooms. The atmosphere in the hotel is special - the hotel is located in an old building but renovated nicely. I especially liked the part in the 2nd floor with the Rolling Stones Tongue on the wall and the 60/70 sound on the floor.

United KingdomI didn’t have any WiFi signal in my room so I recommend for the hotel management to review that issue. WiFi is essential for any traveler.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is a hidden gem, perfectly located away from the busy city centre but close enough to all of the sightseeing locations (walking distance to some). Very cosy room with everything you need. I had a quiet room with park view. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

NetherlandsThis is NOT a criticism of the hotel, more of a recommendation - there were only two hire bikes available on site, and demand for them outstripped availability.
The room was spacious, airy and felt very luxurious. It was also incredibly quiet, despite being in a busy part of the city. The range of options available for the buffet breakfast was absolutely exceptional, by far the best I have ever encountered.
