Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Kingdomthe pillows were too soft and we asked for extra. We couldn’t check in before 3pm but we were able to leave our luggage in their storage facility. It’s also a Motel so bear in mind they don’t have a safe, mini fridge or telephone in the room.
Very clean and spacious. The location is really good as it’s situated right outside a tram and we purchased the 72hr travel card which we were able to use throughout the whole of Stockholm. Therefore we saved monies by not staying in central. Free water and tea in the lobby. We didn’t get the breakfast option as they only offer cold breakfast but we went to the espresso house next door which offered great options and a few cafe down the road and the sky bar offers brunch. Supermarket few doors down too which offers a great variety. Free toiletries was offered but not replenished when finished so we had to ask for more. Free gym too.

There's a supermarket nearby. The tram is just right there. The room size is ok for 3 people (our room during the second stay was bigger). The hotel has a luggage storage to keep our luggages when we did the cruise to Helsinki for 2 nights. It's convinient. Free coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby.

IndonesiaNothing really. If there's any, the light in the foyer is broken and no one to fix it in the night. They did offer us to move to other room. Too much hassles. It is not a big deal.
Good value for money. Unlike the first stay, we got quite a big room in the second stay after the cruise to Helsinki. There are 4 single beds for the 3 of us. The bathroom is huge. It is not really in the city center but it has a good access to the city. The tram is right in front of the hotel.

AustraliaIt was a very long walk down the hallway to our room. The reception staff were amazing on check in but there was only one lady working when we tried to leave our bags at the end and it took more than 25mins to sort out.
The beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of space. Only a shirt Uber I to the old town.

United KingdomThere was no WiFi in the rooms, which we were informed of on check in. WiFi was available in the lobby only. This was fine for our one night stay but would have been more annoying if we were staying longer.
The room was clean and functional for our one night stay and in a good location to walk back from the Tele2 Arena. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfy the bed was - overall very good value for money.
