We stayed for 5 nights and throughout this time they didn't vacuum our room for not a single time. Yeah they used to change towels daily and take a bit care of the bathroom but would but bit more would be better.

The staff is great, welcoming and polite. The location is perfect, nice neighborhood and easy to reach everything by train.

Air conditioning could have been better and the windows were hard to open. Also, the maids made their rounds quite late one day to the point I had to pass on having my room cleaned.

Big room, comfortable beds, very quiet to the point you couldn't hear the next room at all. Location was fine, just a short walk to the commuter rail. Accommodating and friendly staff.

If you book a room with three beds, be aware that one of the beds is kind of a bunk bed (and smaller).

The listing said this site has air conditioning, but it wasn't working in our room so we asked to switch. It didn't work in the new one either. We ended up leaving our window wide open but it was still quite warm.

Great location with quick and easy access to bus and commuter trains as well as nearby restaurants. Free tea and coffee. Friendly staff. Decent size rooms.

Some small electric kettle in the room with cups to make own tea/coffee would make this place even better Car parking is available but for an extra charge.

I don't know why it's called "Motel" when it's fine "Hotel" :) Rooms are clean and nice The location might seem a bit remote from the centre, but the train is nearby and will get you to Stockholm city in 15 minutes. Breakfast was extra charge but was great.

The location is great, the train station is just about 5 min walking. The room is clean and comfortable.

When I arrived tired at night, I got not cleaned room (with someone's socks on the ground, someone's panties, unclean towels and old bedding). Of course, motel receptionist gave me other room and said sorry, but didn't seem very regretful. I think, it would be nice to offer for guest, for example, free coffee or show other additional concern because of this inconvenience.

The AC was probably broken and it turned on max speed at 2am freezing the room and we couldn’t turn it off since half of the thermostat was missing. There’s no phone to call the reception.

Sink drain a little slow.

Nice breakfast. Let us extend our stay by a night when our trip plans changed. Receptionist showed me how to get a better deal on a future stay through the hotel website than you can get on Booking. Crib for our son was very cute and comfy. All staff have been super nice. Near commuter train stop.

The bed was very soft/sunken down which meant it was hard to sleep at times. I know this is a basic room at a reasonable price, but a kettle to boil water would be very much appreciated.

Although a little outside the city, which is what makes the hotel affordable, it is right beside the commuter train station with very regular trains that take you into the centre of Stockholm in less than 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable and the fold down bed works very well for a child.

The bed could be bigger, but it’s still very comfy. The bathroom design doesn’t make sense: because there’s no barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, it becomes wet all over the place quickly.

The hotel has a great connection: only 10 mins away from the central station, and about 50 mins away from the Arlanda airport with a direct train (not express). You can find a nice big supermarket close to the hotel. The room is spacious. A highlight of our stay: breakfast was great for the price!

The toilet floor is wet for a long time after taking a shower. It’s unpleasant to visit the toilet with a wet floor.

When entering the hotel, pet owners can receive bonuses not only for themselves, but also for their pets. I liked the ventilation and fire safety system in the room, as well as the location of the 3rd bed.
