The room was clean and organized yet it was so comfortable to stay in. The location was good as well and easy to find. There's near transportation from the hotel either it's bus or train. Also, there's a grocery (Coop) which was also near from the hotel and it's a 5 mins walk. Staff were so nice. If ever I will come again in Stockholm, I would probably to booked here again. Bed was too soft, the water to wash your behind doesnt reach(no biddet) I think you are supposed to use paper so I had to improvise as that is not acceptable. The extra bed for the toddler was a folding one built at the top of the main beds, my toddler might fall so I placed it at the floor.

9mins walking distance from my conference at stockholmsmassen, peaceful environment, really near the station, unlimitted coffee and tea till 1am, extra bed for toddler.

I had to change room twice in two days because there is some issue with the hotel vents which causes noise from the air conditioners. We didn't know what that initially but then was suddenly there was this weird sound coming from our room in the middle of the night. All in all, it's not fun constantly changing room when you are tired and sleep deprived

The location of the hotel and its competitive pricing are great plus points.

A minor issue with the door to the room. Other than that, it was perfect.

Good location, 10 minutes out of Stockholm City by train. Only a few minutes walk from the station. Staff were friendly. Location felt safe. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was super comfy. Bar and little shop on sight, which was handy. Free tea and coffee in the lobby.

The hotel is located near Pendeltag Älvsjö station (5 min walking), well connected to the center of the city. Kind and helpful staff (responding quickly to inquiries also before our stay). The hotel was in general very clean. Room was not very big, but sufficient. Quiet and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds, TV, a desk, chairs, a safe. Quite reliable WiFi. Well organized bathroom. Shower gel & hand gel included. Very good prices (esp. taking into account growth of prices during Taylor Swift's concerts). I recommend breakfasts - decent choice of bread, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, boiled egg, pancakes and more (when you book directly via hotel webpage it is included in price). Accommodation worth its price.

Beds are indeed very soft as mentioned in some other reviews, but it didn't bother me much. Some staff members are not too friendly. No bath mat provided :( Inside the room you can hear and feel neighbours slamming doors, insulation could be better.

Quiet neighbourhood, lovely design, very clean. Great rain shower. Close to the train station, takes 20 minutes to get from the motel to the city center. Decent fresh and varied breakfast. Free coffee and tea in the lobby for motel guests. Room was facing the railway but no noise comes inside (although it means you cannot open any window). Luggage storage was very convenient.

Curtains don't block the sun enough, so sunrise being at 4am might wake you up.

Good location, close to the train station and you could get to the centre in less than 20 minutes. They offer free coffee and water in the hall which was really appreciated.

The location is very near to the train station that takes tou directly to the central station and also to the airport. The staff are very nice and welcoming. And the facilities are super clean.
