The room was not that clean, by this I mean there was dust in places that are not cleaned regularly. The kitchen did not have a working microwave :(

The location was okay, not too far from the center. Breakfast was nice, good selection. Shared kitchen is definitely a plus :)

Only two men toilets are available, so sometimes we had to wait a long time. I had a hard time regulating the water temperature in the shower it was switching between hot and cold by its own (maybe only one shower had this issue ?)

Really really nice bedroom and breakfast, especially regarding the price. And the saff is nice as well !

The showers didn't seem too clean. I expected a bit more from breakfast. There weren't cups in the kitchen so was hard making some tea without them, but found some plastic cups in the room so that was nice. :(

Breakfast was good and quite tasty. Really close to metro and bus stops so easy to get around. Calm neighborhood. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

The room wasn’t clean, the bin was full and smelled funny and the breakfast was very basic and had no warm food.

The location is great. Close to grocery store and tube stations. Comfy bed and great kitchen to cook your own meals.

There was no indicator in English which button to push to open the door when leaving at night. The green emergency sign makes it seem like an alarm would go off. Also phone numbers on signs to call for help are disconnected. Missed my Norway flight because I could not reach anyone to explain how to leave hostel at night.

The staff cooked dinner one night, they fried fish with oil. The oil went everywhere, it looked and smelled disgusting, the cooking took about 30 or more minutes in which nobody else could really use the kitchen for themselves. The smell molested everybody in the whole building, since the kitchen wasn‘t a closed seperate room. Also the utensils in the kitchen could have been cleaner. The staff overall was nice, besides the fish cooking incident. Other than that, the breakfast overall was nice and offered a lot of variety for omnivores. For vegan or vegetarians there weren‘t a lot of options besides bread, fruit and vegetables.

The beds were really comfortable, the toilet and showers were clean (in general). Sometimes guests left clothing in the bathroom stalls though.

if you have heavy luggage, it is difficult to pull to the hotel from the metro subway. Hostel alot of young traveller's and they are noisy. if u wanna quiet place, I will give this place a miss. Toilet is not so clean and flooring with vomit was also not clean properly as the stain was still there

There was a subtle but constant noise from AC machines I suspect, which was not very pleasant when trying to sleep. Also, everytime a person passed outside of the room, we would know because we could hear everything.

The showers were very clean and the breakfast was very good.
