Nice location, shops within easy reach. Bus stop outside the door. Takes about 25-30 minutes into city, 1 bus and 1 metro. After 9pm, bus seems to only go every hour from metro station so time it right. Its a half an hour walk if you don't want to wait. Lovely city and felt very safe

The host, he was fantastic and helpful. I also liked it was within walking distance to a cafe, restaurant and grocery store. There was a bus stop literally outside the front door as well which made travel a bit easier.

We did not miss anything. Maybe one thing only, the curtains were not dark enough - it was a bit disturbing in the morning. But this is a complain at a high level.

I fully recommend this tiny house for those who want the silent but also the proximity to the city. The owner, Gustav is such a helpful and friendly person, with a great welcoming manner. How already mentioned, the tiny house is very small but perfectly sufficient and clean. Cafe, Restaurants and supermarkets in immediate vicinity.

All was perfect

Before check-in, we had a long night flight from Georgia, and we are very grateful to the hosts (Gustav and Malin) they organized an early check-in for us, which helped us to relax comfortably and start exploring Stockholm with fresh energy. Gustav and Malin welcomed us with some sweets on the table, which made the children very happy, and for adults, it was a good addition to the coffee, which was also in abundance at home. We rented a car at the airport, and it was possible to park it right in front of the house for free. It takes around 12 minutes to reach the center by car. There is also a bus stop right at the house. It is possible to reach any place in Stockholm using a combination of this bus and metro for example. The house is not big, but we found it very cozy and comfortable for our family. Two adults had their own isolated bedroom, and two children slept in the bedroom on the second floor under the roof. In addition, there were at least two more sleeping places available in the studio hall. The house was very clean and very well-equipped. The kitchen had all the necessary kitchenware. The beds were comfortable and the linen was snow-white. We visited Stockholm in the middle of April. Even though the days were sunny (about 12 degrees), nights were quite cold with around 0 ... -2 degrees, but it was very warm at home. There were heaters in each room, so it was easily possible to bring the temperature to desired one. The shower floor was also heated. In a 15-minute walk from the house, there is a large supermarket ICA, where you can buy all the needed food. Gustav – quickly answered messages and was always ready to help with any questions. Gustav and Malin, thanks a lot for your warm hospitality! We will be happy to return!

Hosting by Gustav was amazing, he was very helpful and very humble. He helped us a lot, excellent communication! And the villa is beautiful, the children enjoyed sleeping in the attic. We really had everything we needed, so the below points are recommendations for 12 of 10 possible stars: One thing which could be included in the future would be a filled Mini-Bar (of course not free) since there is no supermarket within walking distance. Furthermore a shower mat in the bathroom would be good.

Everything. We loved the furniture and the cozy feeling in the whole house. It is indeed quite small, but maybe it is that, which makes it even more cozier. The Alvsjö Mini Villa has all furniture which is required, incl. a washing machine, hairdryer, microwave/oven combination, towels, coffee machine and all required cooking utensiles required for a vacation. Overall it is very lovely decorated - with warm ambiet lights, plants, pictures and pillows - it just feels like home. Overall condition and cleanliness was excellent. To reach the city centre of Stockholm we used our rental car to go to the "Telefonplan" Metrostation. This took us around 5+15min which is totally acceptable. The metro station can be also reached with the bus, which stops just 10m up the street. Parking of our car was possible in the street without cost. Summarizing we can totally recommend this comfortable little home in the suburbs of Stockholm. It is perfect for a combining a city trip with relaxing evenings in a lovely wooden cabin. We were 3 adults and the space was just perfect. I would reccommend it for max. 4-5 adults. We definitely will come back. Thank you!

Malin and Gustav are really nice hosts. They gave us lots of useful information and tips about the surroundings. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. We even got a high chair for my 1 year old son. We really enjoyed our time at this cute house and we can totally recommend it.

Newly built comfy ‚stuga‘, beautifully decorated, and even has a little patio outside with afternoon sun. Bus station is right outside the house - takes 20-30 mins to Gamla Stan. Gustav was super nice and helpful, and would have been available living next door. My son and I enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some time.
