Nice-looking and comfy place, but the "clean it yourself" system, does not work.

I understand that the guests are supposed to clean after themselves, but it only "looks" clean. it is obviously not hygienic that nobody ensures the bathroom is actually disinfected. Also there are places that need a deep clean, such as the kitchen extractor, which is full of old fat, the freezer with dirty ice that has been there forever and the outside area of the Cabin, which is full of spider webs and insects. There is not enough cleaning supplies, as they do not have anything to clean the dishes with. The electric boiler is dirty inside and did not work. Nobody told us we had to take our own towels and bed covers so we had to buy them, and the bed smelled funny.

The staff was helpful, and the cabin was cozy. The price was reasonable

There weren't enough pillows and the ones we did have were lumpy. The beds were uncomfortable. The settee was stained. It all looked a bit tired.

The individual little huts. The area, it's by the sea. The camp was clean.

I was disappointed to find that linens cost extra, and the cleanliness of the mattress and duvet left much to be desired.

During my recent stay at First Camp, I had a pleasant experience overall. The reception staff, particularly Jamilla, were exceptional, providing valuable recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. The campground's location is fantastic for a summer getaway, with easy access to cycling routes and nearby attractions. Being within walking distance to the beach was a highlight, allowing for leisurely strolls along the coast.

Checking in was difficult. It took about 40 minutes as the automatic check in was not available to us (and other people also had difficulty). Two phone calls later and we finally got the key from a security guard. The 'cottage' was slightly bigger than a beach hut and was like being in a sauna. The beds were like sleeping on wooden planks. We didn't realise you could have bigger 'cottages' with own toilet.

    The site was well maintained.

Hut was small, charges for bed linen and towels and to clean room after. Never experienced such 'stealth' charges before in 6wks of accommodation via booking.com. Sure it was hidden on a tab right at the back of the info but i fundamentally dislike this. Bedding and towels and cleaning are part of any stay in an accommodation! Told that hot water in the showers was 'free'. Whoopy! So it should be. Turned out it was not hot anyway. The place was double the price of other accommodation in Sweden and below the standard of all others experienced. Sauna was out of operation.

Some friendly staff. Clean. Good toilet block but showers not hot enough

Cleanliness. The property was not kept in good condition and there was a lot of dirt underneath the sofa. The sofa bed also needed repair.

    * Clairaudience of the cottage (hearing slamming doors and engine of camping vagons and other vehicles closeby) * I wrote a message to the Camping site that we would arrive late in the evening and that we would need bed sheets and towels. When we arrived this service was not provided and thus we had to sleep in the bed with blanket without the sheets. * A lot of kitchen utensils were missing: there was f.ex. only one spoon, one knife and a smalll pot available..... * Only one key badge per cottage - one badge per person would be more appropriate - if you lock yourself out you might face rude customer service.....

Nice location near the ocean side. Cosy and spacious cottage with a nice small patio. Good kitchen. Clean bed sheets. Very friendly receptionists. Good small shop with things one might need during the stay. Amaying adventure mini golf.

the location of the camp itself is brilliant with access to the beach and views on the Bridge the location of the villa was less ideal, those camping have lovely, roomy pitches. but those in holiday homes are really cramped together the view of our privative terrace was on the toilet building 10 metres away.

lovely roomy place with everything one needs for a stay.

Far from shops. They are building new cottage right next to the cottage we stayed in so you wake up 7 o’clock from noises from the building. We was 6 and order cottage that was supposed to fit us but it was very small.

The gate closes from 23 pm to 6 am and it is not great if you want to stay out late, considering that is 20 minutes by car away from the city centre. Not good to visit Malmo, for that you will have to rent a place in the city centre. It is nice that you can check in and they leave you the key in a safe at any time, but the gate stays closed from 23 pm anyway.

The place is tidy and nice. Very quiet. It is close to the bridge that brings to Copenhagen.

Check in info did not explain where exactly the express check in box was for our key and reception had closed as it was late, thankfully a guest helped us. It would have been helpful to know beforehand that you need to park at the barrier and walk in to the right of reception.

Great location when crossing the Oresund bridge. I can't really comment on the camp as we only had a stopover before boarding the ferry when touring on our motorbikes. The chalet was basic, clean, comfortable and warm with kitchenette facility to make drinks/food. Beds were small but comfy. Handy parking outside the chalet.
