The room was really small, 2x6 meter. and it didn't have window. The hotel theme was like a Crouse ship and thus you should expect small room.

The room gets quite hot and that is because there is no ventilation and the fan air does not reach till the bed, passable for a night.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Great self-service breakfast option available with plenty of choice available. Location is ideal for a twenty-five minute stroll into the historic centre or there is a metro station just round the corner from the hotel which will get you around even quicker. If you turn left outside of the hotel, it is only ten-minute walk to the Hornstull area which offers a fantastic range of restaurants to suit any taste - and means you can avoid the expensive tourist trap options in the historic centre.

Not properly clean in bathroom or floors. Kitchenette no facilities but microwave, Had to ask for plate and cutlery which were forthcoming. Jug only in main area for hot drinks…

Good location and staff friendly and helpful, provided extra pillow and even let me do a load of washing… breakfast was very good, lots of options…

Not clean, no fresh air at the room. There were just 2 cups, nothing else. There is no kettle. Small blanket. Discusting breakfast, milk bottles were opened, juice was not tge real one, just deluted from a bag. the omelette tasted terrible. Coffe tasted like the water from the pipe.

Great location and stuff was so good. We were happy that hotel staff was so kind and friendly.

Noise isolation is non-existent, though we are always prepared for this. They should work much harder on cleanness - there were somebody's hairs everywhere.

The breakfast is good enough, good choice and tasty food. Location is perfect. Beds are big and comfy.

The room had a bunk bed which was a little scary to climb. But not really a problem.

It was a really good value for the money. A really small room but it had everything needed. It was clean and warm. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really minimal, but we had - again - everything needed. The location was really good, right next to a viewpoint with beautiful view of the city. A coop just right around the corner. Also there was a playground next to us.

The breakfast could have been better, the size of the room is pretty small and you can hear basically all the noise when someone passes through in front of your room. It makes difficult to sleep well.

The beds made a lot of noise when you moved, It was hard to sleep with the noise. The breakfast was very mediocre and I expected more options. The room was okay but you could hear the other guests like they were in the room with you. The refrigerator is very small

The inside of the room must have an update some day. The price was good finally (with the gift of breakfast)...if was 10-15% lowest the price then i talk about the best solution to stay enough days (week or more) to Stockholm because the city is expensive.

Breakfast was very good and was gift for my reservation (not included at the first reservation). Coffee was from machine but was very good quality (cafe strong, latte and cappuccino). Very good the fresh bread with melted cheese upside and the cookies ! The staff is really very kind and helpful. I know about not cleaning (extra charge) in my week of stay but was not problem. A little old the building but also was not problem. The staff give me extra towel without any charge, room was quite and with natural light. Bathroom was very big (give me room for person with disabilities without ask it and without have problem but was a gift for me because was better the room). Payment with card in the hotel (not before) and without any problem. Perfect location, easy area without noise, and 1,5 block away from Zinkensdamn station that give the time to go at the T-centralen after 3 stops (4th is the T-centralen). Entry with wifi card in the hotel and in the room, Wifi was very good, without problems.
