The kitchen could be organized better; sometimes, it is hard to fit your stuff into the freezer. Some people live here for a longer time.

You need to pay for the bedding. They notify you upfront, apparently this is s Swedish thing. Beds and mattraces are too soft.

The only obvious downside is that they charge for linen, which is mandatory and not overly obvious when booking. This should be in the base price, and discounted if you bring your own linen.

Comfortable bunks, with a lot of height, a light, shelf, and power. Modern, comfortable room. Bathrooms are external from the room, some prefer that, some don't. Easy check in, and they allowed me to check in at 10am. Close to botanical garden and park, 10 minute tram to city centre available from right outside. Some food and shops around.

The bed linen wasn't included in the price and was the only hostel that I stayed in where this was this case (it is mentioned in the booking page though).

Staff was very helpful and always pleasant and smiling! The hostel was very clean and had a chilled vibe with really nice Scandinavian style interior design, such as dim lighting, nice chairs and comfy furniture and lots of plants! Toilets were plentiful on each floor. The kitchen has two hobs and wasn't too busy. The trams and the park are just across the road from the hostel.

The bed linen was not included in the price and it was an extra cost that I was not expecting when made a reservation.

I stayed here for one night and had a pleasant experience. The place was very clean and welcoming, and the self check-in process was extremely easy. I've specifically requested the lower bed, witch I was happy to find it on my arrival. The bed was comfortable and the rooms have lockers but you need to bring your own padlock. Really good Internet speed too, over 100Mbp download on Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet was good, though it wasn't included in the price and came with an extra charge of 115 SEK per person. The rooms are well-arranged, and while the showers and bathrooms are in the common areas, they are separated, which is a great feature. However, there was a Hidden Cost I hadn't noticed during booking – bed linens and towels aren't provided unless you pay extra or bring your own, so keep that in mind, it's 75 SEK per person. I also tried contacting the hotel via email and booking messages two weeks prior my arrival, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any response. The reception is only open until noon (midday), which might explain the lack of communication. Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation. The common spaces are nicely furnished, and I would recommend it despite the few small issues.

The communication regarding sheets and towels could have been a bit more visible from the start/booking moment. The kitchen needs new pans and pots, I think a sponge in addition to a brush would be good.

I liked that the rooms were really quiet despite the fact that the hotel is located near a busy street, the windows really are sound proof. The bathrooms were fresh and clean.

I didn't realise until after I had booked that it was an extra 750 SEK for the hire of bed linen. Most other people I met there were similarly surprised. (One girl had, but hadn't come across the need to use it anywhere else). I hostel all ver Europe and only remember having to bring my wn sheet sleeping bag to hostels in the UK in the 1970s/80s when bedlinen generally wasn't provided in those days!) I would have booked elsewhere if I had realised. It is the first time I have come across this in Sweden. I question it as a good idea. I have stayed in hostels before where even where bed linen is included, lazy (guys) have not bothered using the sheets (!). More importantly however, I wonder whether anyone has thought how hygienic it is having guests use their own sheets.

The hostel was clean, and it was easy to find and check in. There was a good kitchen and lounge/breakfast room. The bed was comfortable, and the shared bathroom arrangements were good.

The bed frame on the double-decker one was a bit unstable. Was not so comfortable climbing up and down.

Everything was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. Spoke English as well and smiled a lot. We even had the option to take a free of charge standing fan into our room and turn it on, if it got too hot. The bathroom facilities were nice as well, always clean and stocked with toilet paper.

A bit warm. When a man was taking care of the breakfast buffet, he was actually more interested to chat with reseptionist and fingering his phone.

Really good location. It was easy to hop on a tram. Breakfast buffet was great, all we needed was there. The young women were quick to fill. Clean, good beds.

The top bunk had no edge to reduce likelihood of falling out, and this also made it quite tricky to climb up/down. I would have liked one more toilet available as sometimes they were all in use.

The location was excellent, and rooms were quiet. Beds all had a dimmable light, and fans were available. There was a space to sit, and kitchen facilities available so very convenient.

There is basically no one working at the hotel most of the time. You need a code that is sent to your phone to get in and to retrieve your key from a little locker. If you find yourself locked out of your room without your key or phone, you are screwed (and this happened to me, I had to wait for another guest to arrive and borrow there phone to call an emergency number). Another older women got stuck out the front of the hotel as she never got the code texted to her to check in. Also be aware!! Bedding is not included and you have to pay for it if you didn't bring your own, which I don't think was advertised clearly enough.

Wonderful location, right next to an amazing park and just down the road from Haga. Comfy rooms plus beds have privacy curtains. Great kitchen. An elevator between floors, which is always appreciated with a big bag.

Charging for the use of linen, unless you bring your own. Steep fine to pay if you don't use the linen.. First time I get charged for linen, and I've been to over a 100 hostels. Question is: Who travels with linen? Why not just raising the room price? Spoiled the experience for me as it seems very unnecessary.

Convenient location, next to a big park in a quite safe neighbourhood. Good and varied breakfast. Good facilities, cozy and nicely decorated, wee terrace to chill.
