It was quite tight for 4 of us for the week, not much storage space.

The traditional warm berry drink and biscuits every afternoon and free coffee in reception. Breakfast was divine. A great range and plentiful

At the arrival, the person doesn't explain that much about how to contact them from the room, since, as discovered, was no phone in the room. There is a phone number to call, which is not very suitable, because this number is in the document that opens from a QR code from the TV screen. Noisy neighbors (visitors of the hotel) partying in their room, so I needed to go the reception in another building at 3.40 in the morning to ask to make them respect the rules. Corridors of the side building where my room was were not very pleasant and clean.

Located in city center, nice area. Breakfast is very good with various choice. Room was spacious, beautiful and clean, but without phone and in another building, so it was necessary to go to another building for breakfast.

Only slight disappoint was that our room was in an additional building to the main hotel. It was only about a 30 second walk, if that, but given that it was snowy when we stayed, a heads up on this would have been good as we couldn't just 'pop down'. The hotel is also advertised with a gym and sauna which are possible to use but these are also accessible to the public so not entirely just for the hotel. There were a lot of children running around so it put us off using.

Good location, being only a short walk to most central Stockholm destinations, or otherwise close to the metro. Great breakfast buffet. Room was warm (essential as we went in a very cold/snowy month!) and room was comfortable with additional amenities if needed (e.g. extra blankets).

When we arrived, we spent the first night in a room without a window and with a door change. The next night, at our request, the number was changed, but it's very strange that for the same They offer a room with a window and a room without a window with a neighbor behind the door. Thanks to a very good woman at the reception, the room was changed, but the mood was spoiled

Excellent location. Very tasty and satisfying breakfast (but the coffee is disgusting). Rooms are old but clean and with good equipment. The shower is clean, the plumbing is good, you can connect to the TV from the phone.

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t open the window for fresh air and there was a weird smell in the bathroom.

I loved the ice machine and the tea/coffee facilities near the reception. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The location was great, around 6 mins from the metro, 4 mins from the bus, and 10 mins walk to the newer center. Breakfast had a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and big enough for a quick trip.

The biggest disadvantage for us has been the cleaning facilities. They offered clean towels daily, but they were covered in hair (not our hair). The bathroom when we arrived and the toilet weren't clean at all, I had to clean them myself. Last, the beds were really uncomfortable, and the bedsheets and duvet weren't enough.

The hotel was overall a great experience for its price. The breakfast (nice breakfast, not a huge variety but it offered a complete meal) was included, and that was really important for us. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The location was excellent, only a few minutes walking disfrom TCentralen. The gym and sauna were also included in the price. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The room was comfortable and a good size, compared to other hotels in the city the price was good, it’s easy to get to public transport or to walk around and the breakfast was great! My husband worked from the hotel and the desk was a decent size and he was very comfortable.

Showers need a door as the bathroom gets rather wet otherwise. And the bathrooms do need either a fan or a window

Maybe bathroom could be a bit better.

Good value for money in the central part of Stockholm. Breakfast was good. Although the room was a bit small for 3, there was everything we needed including an electric kettle.
