The overall experience was very good. The price was very good even though Stockholm is a very expensive city. The beds were very comfortable. Position excellent - in the center of Stockholm! I totally recommend it.

Stockholm hotels are not cheap. This is a budget hotel we picked as we are on a long trip, otherwise we would have chosen a different one. No decent hanging space. Everything is extra, even room cleaning which we did not need for a few nights. No kettle but can ask for hot water. Breakfast option is coffee and tiny pastry, better off outside. Fine for a couple of nights but Stockholm requires time if sights are to be seen and you have time. This would not work for more than 2-3 nights. Unfortunately for us building work was going on next door and noise outside was annoying at 06.00 onward.

Not too far from Central Station, and bus terminal. Easy to find. The hotel is functional with not too much room to move about. The bedroom doors are very heavy, requiring effort.

The room was too small for a queen bed. We had medium sized suitcases and did not have an out of the way place to store them. I think even a few extra square feet of floor space would have helped.

Check in wasn't as contactless as, I believed, and pointless as I was greeted at the door and checked-in in-person anyway. I couldn't get streaming video contact from my phone working. Streaming music worked, but was poor quality.

Only a short walk from the train station, and walkable distance to the Vasa Museum passed other landmarks and lovely waterways. Clean, neat, efficient, and convenient, without unnecessary and costly luxuries.

Since you pay for breakfast a wider choice would be appreciated, basically it is rolls and sandwiches. Does the scandinavian custom of complimentary tee or coffee really make such a difference on the price? Same question for furniture in the room?

Staff was available, which is not always the case in those « automatic » hotels. And they were friendly and helpfull.

There was no AC. The room was kind of small. there was no wardrobe. we couldn’t put our luggage in anywhere at the room. We had to put them on floor and jump on it when passing.

Our room was a bit cold and heating in the building was not working. However, when raising this with the staff, they brought us an electric radiator, which made it better. Also if you want daily cleaning you need to pay an extra charge (otherwise the only thing you get is garbage taken out). Considering the cost, basic stuff like floor vacuuming could've been included.

Great location, 10 minutes walk by foot to Central Station. Many restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. The lobby area is comfy and aesthetic, rooms are a bit small but they've got everything you could need for a short stay. We had an issue with the online self check-in but staff was very friendly and guided us once we arrived. Lobby has a water station for your use any time of day/night.

We knew it would be sparse but had loved a shoehorn, a towel for the bathroom floor and for af least a light cleaning to be included. Check in was a pain, which wasn’t a big deal but highly inconvenient.

At the time of our stay, there was a construction site in the vicinity of our windows. Work started at 7:30 am and finished around 4 pm; as we were mostly out, we did not mind; however, for some travelers this might be something to inquire about.

Good value for money, good location (10 min walking distance to the Train/Flixbus station, 10 minutes away from shopping streets leading the old town). Comfortable bed. Possibility to leave you luggage after checking out, free of charge.

The room I ve stayed was in the first floor and looking inside the building. I couldn’t opened the window for fresh air and I think only the upper-side of it could but it was too high. Also in the evening ı wanted to open the heater and it didn’t work as well as the ventilation the heater The tv was only working to cast your content and order.

All amenities were excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. This is an excellent place to stay for both work and play! Location was just 5-10 min walk from Stockholm central station and 20 min from old town.

On our first morning we were woken at 7.10 am by workmen renovating the building next door, just a few metres from our room. It was very noisy and caused a lot of dust and made the room very unpleasant to be in until we were ready to go out for the day. Fortunately by the time we returned, the scaffolding immediately opposite our room had been removed. The second morning we were not bothered by the renovation work, which was still continuing but not so close. Given the close proximity of the work, we feel we should have been given some warning about this prior to arrival.

The hotel is in a good location just a few minutes walk from the central station. We chose it because we had an early flight on the morning of our departure. All the staff were friendly. It is a no frills hotel and probably aimed at a younger clientele than ourselves (we are in our 60s). There is no kettle in the room, but tea/coffee were always available in the reception area at a good price with free refills. We particularly enjoyed the pots of earl grey tea. A simple breakfast could be purchased in reception at a reasonable cost. We found the lounge area comfortable to sit in.
