Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very nice and central! A true girls girl hotel woth huge mirror amd good makeup light. You can easily connect your phone to the tv and watch netflix or youtube. Staff is young and kind. Alot of good bars, brunch spots and activities in the area. I would book again

AustraliaThe room was a little small - there wasn't really any room apart from the bed, and not much room for suitcases. There were various knobs around the room for hanging clothes etc but only a couple of hangers. Very liveable for a day or two though.
The location was good - 10 mins walk from the main train/bus station. I loved that they had a drinking water bubbler in the reception area to refill bottles, and a free washing machine for guest use. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had a great vibe and the staff were friendly and approachable.

There wasn't much staff, everything was done by the guests, such as the check in and check out which was good because it speeded up the process and there was always staff available to help if needed.

IndiaNo cleaning service provided. We stayed here for 8 days. We had only one cleaning included. I think they should provide cleaning every 3 days. I understand if someone is staying for short durations, it makes sense to not clean everyday or have a high frequency. In a 8 day stay. They should have cleaned at least twice without extra charge. And the one time we had a scheduled cleaning. They didn't bother to clean the floors. It was quite dirty by the time we had to checkout.

United KingdomOnly storage was a draw under the bed, no desk, no chairs, TV could only be operated through a device, ie a phone, no place for a case. We only stayed 3 nights and were traveling very light, a small rucksack each, if we were staying longer with a suite case it would have been a problem.

Upon checking in I paid in advance for the breakfast sandwich and coffee option each morning. The sandwich was delicious and enough to keep me going until lunchtime. My room was perfect for me, comfy bed and pillow, a good bathroom with a nice shower. The location of this accommodation is fantastic, being easy walking distance to many places but in particular to the central railway station, to the shopping precinct Drottningarten and to Gamla Stan.
