If you're claustrophobic this style of room wouldn't be for you. Ot reminded of an inside cabinet on a cruise, no windows, but as ot was midsummer with very long days, again this suited our needs, no fighting with curtains to block out light.

The hotel was perfectly located. Just a short walk from the train station and literally around the corner from the main shopping area. Lots of restaurants nearby and a short, pleasant stroll from the Old Town Hamla Stan. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast choice was good and being asked to choose a time slot meant it had a relaxed feel. The outdoor space was a welcome addition to sit and relax and read a book. We picked an economy room as our intention was to be out and about rather than spending time in the room. As such, the room was 'compact, but the bed was comfortable and it was quiet which was great.

I wished the room was a bit bigger and there was a little more variety at breakfast.

The room was average size and the breakfast had a pretty good variety - I think we got spoilt in our Helsinki Scandic so expected more, though this was perfectly good. The staff were lovely and friendly. The location couldn't have been better really - right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to shops and restaurants and a hop on/hop off bus stop close by. It was ideal for our purposes.

Not very quiet. I could hear people passing by outside the room. Unfortunately, I got a room on level 0 with no window, and all the cleaning equipment was on the corridor for 2 days.

The location is great! Loved the little backyard.

The rooms are small, so if you have a lot of luggage it may feel tight. Breakfast had some rules that everyone had to arrive at the same time which was frustrating as we were a large group.

There is a central air conditioning and it can't be turned off, our room was really cold and we couldn't do anything about it. The staff gave us an extra duvet but it didn't really solve the issue.

Air-conditioning/heating could be easier to control but we managed. Nothing else, would stay again based on rates (price likely inflated for Taylor swift but not unaffordable especially for Stockholm, felt totally worth it for the money)

Comfortable rooms with bright sunshiney view of the city, we had a standard double room which was spacious enough for 2 bags on the floor. Powerful & hot rain shower. Aircon was difficult/unclear to control so rooms were warm overnight but not a huge issue. Friendly staff everywhere and felt easy to find staff if you needed help. Huge and varied breakfast buffet although have to book a time in advance, can eat inside or on the terrace, loved this. Great location, moments from main shopping street & 10 mins walk to central station. Regularly played Taylor swift all weekend which was great!!

I suggest to not book the room without the window. It’s claustrophobic and with a really bad smell.

The room is very small with no closet or even shelves to store your things. We had to keep everything in our suitcase. There were only 5 hangers on the wall.

In general, the hotel met our expectations, so it was a fair value for money.

The hotel is really well located, at a walkable distance from several touristic attractions as well as different public transportation (central train station, metro and tram). The room was clean and well equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very complete, with a lot of different options to choose from.
