The old part of the hotel was run down and shabby. The rooms were really small and it smelled wierd. The beds were too soft. My lower back still hurts - 2 days after my stay.

We upgraded from the old to the new building. Really liked the bigger room we got. The pool area and sauna was great.

I got the impression from the listing on Booking.com that the hotel has a pool. It does, but you have to pay extra. That wasn't clear.

The laundry service is charged per item and not a standard charge so did my laundry elsewhere. This is becoming more common in European hotels though so it may not be an issue for some.

Location, included breakfast, friendly staff. Be aware that if your tourist for the first time the hop.on hop off buses don't always run, padden river tours is an alternative though. A beautiful city and close transport links to some of the islands to explore or a train journey to Stockholm just a few hours away. The fun park is only open Thursday evening to Sunday so plan your visit around those days if your a fun park fan.

The room didn't have a phone. The wifi didn't work. I didn't bother to go downstairs to re-confirm the wifi code.

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was decent. Breakfast was offered, but I didn't have time for it. The location is excellent. Steps away from the central station and the trolly.

Room ventilation could've been better, but the windows open so no big deal. Sometimes there was a smell of smoke in the corridor...

Great location close to the bus and train stations, with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast at the hotel was fresh and varied. Perfect to get the early bus to the airport.

Unfortunately, the rooms itself was quite hot and stuffy compared to the rest of the hotel. While on my first night, the room cleaning was done very well, the other times it was a very light cleaning in comparison. However, this did not dent my experience.

Excellent location and is easily accessible by public transport. friendly staff and a great healthy selection for breakfast. Room was very tidy and comfortable.

Where are you supposed to plug in the kettle???? No plug points other than those next to the bed. Hairdrier provides little more than a puff.

We had a nice room, on the 5th floor, with a nice view. The breakfast is good; good options - so long as you can avoid the busiest times. Bed very comfortable.

traffic around the hotel was too much due to the construction works around. parking is a bit far from the hotel and it need to make a big round in order to reach it.
