Everything was fine for us.

Our room was lovely. It was spacious, we loved the view and appreciated the space to sit on comfortable chairs. The hotel and surrounds were quiet. We also appreciated the breakfast in the morning. It is so good to have breakfast provided. There was a good selection of foods and the dining room was welcoming. We appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities and the small fridge. The host recommended a local restaurant. We were so pleased we followed his advice because we had an outstanding meal made with fresh ingredients and were entertained by fantastic live music!

Wouldn’t change a thing!

We had such a fabulous trip in every way. Our hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. Loved the sauna and breakfast and ability to charge vehicle. We would stay here again in a heartbeat next time we’re in the area (hopefully sooner than later)!

Room was somewhat small. It's central to Orsa, but the town itself is rather small and dull. We were there on a Sunday night, and had barely any options for dinner. We ended up driving to Mora for dinner.

A small resort with nice rooms and a lovely view of the river. Welcoming owners. Quiet environment and easy access. Nice breakfast with a home-like touch.

Wonderful family-owned hotell that really looks after their guests. They called us to make sure we would arrive safely, telling us we could call them at any time if we had any problems. We felt so welcomed! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

The hotel is in a beautiful spot along the river and walking distance to the center. The room was nice size with a comfortable bed and luggage racks which was really nice. The host, Hakan, was very helpful with suggestions of sites to see in the area. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

This was a quiet, comfortable and clean room in a compact hotel beside the lake inlet. We felt immediately at home in what felt like someones' big house. The bed was very comfortable with powerpoints nearby, there was countertop space by the bathroom sink, and a thermo mixer in the shower, manufactured in the local area! For the summer warmth, there was a pedestal fan; very thoughtful. The windows opened wide to a splendid view across the water to a forest. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and there seemed something for everyone, with a nice outside terrace to enjoy the sunny morning especially at midsummer! The friendly owners were very helpful with any questions we asked, and made us feel right at home. Parking was free and right outside.

This hotel is quietly situated overlooking the River, with a garden and first floor terrace taking advantage of its lovely position. This small town with shops and many restaurants are within a 5 mins walk, and there are lovely riverside walks to the lake . A perfect base for exploring this area of Sweden. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, comfortable and good buffet breakfast. The owners are so warm, friendly and very accommodating, perfect hosts.

Hakan and his wife are wonderful hosts. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great location. Breakfast was perfect. We slept well. And we will definitely stay again whenever we are in Orsa.

Room was a little cold during the night Breakfast had limited options, however we did not ask the host for anything special due to our short stay. We are sure the hosts would cater for any food preferences if asked.

Excellent cozy hotel. We were here for vasaloppet ski competition and everything worked very well. Vallabod eg ski vaxing area was provided. Breakfast was very 👍 location was good and restaurants were nearby. I Will go again for sure. T. Harri
