The possibility to connect a computer to the TV via HDMI would have been nice. Be sure to check the text sent from the hotel prior to checkin. It said checkout at 12 but the information in the hotel (elevator and room) said 11.

Nice and modern rooms with working wifi and TV. The breakfast was ok.

We have been staying here for a couple of years now. The accomadations work well for basic work travel needs, but It may be time to start changing the mattresses because ours had a centered indentation causing us to roll to the center.

There was no information i saw when i booked that indicated that there was no reception. Did not mind that much at first, but my last day it also meant there was no place to leave my bags during the day and i had to bring them out with me. Confusing entrance through a restaurant.

Nothing

The staff were exceptionally helpful especially with a late check in after our flight was delayed by hours. The hotel is in a fantastic central location surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, cafes etc. The breakfast was great. We literally arrived after midnight and departed by 09.00 that morning to continue our journey so there's not much else I can report on the hotel.

Generally room was hyper small. Of course, nothing surprised according to informations on the Booking page. But anyway, we had a problem to open 2 carry-on luggages. No even a bootle of water in room (we arrived at night, without options to buy it outside - we needed to walk to the hotel Comfort to buy something in the bar).

Location was great. Just downtown of Ostersund. Close to the bust stop bound to the airport and also to some spots like restaurants, etc. Crew was absolutely amazing - talkative, suggestive about things to do. Also breakfast: so rich, delicious and full of options. We didn't expected so delicious breakfast after get very tiny room. It was much better than in some branded hotels.

The double bed was smaller than normal, which was not said in the booking. The room was also tight.

Th breakfast was excellent. And the rooms were clean and newly renovated in a pleasant design.

Doorcode system was a bit confusing but I called the number and they answered and explained. completely unstaffed hotel was a bit strange but I got used to it.

Well, you need to understand there is nothing more than a room to sleep in and breakfast. Location is great , just by the Stortorget in middle of most evening activities.

Breakfast was the best of it all! And with that said, there is nothing more to comment. The hotel consists of a breakfast room and a sleeping room. Thats it. But often , this is what you need. The few staff you meet are great!

The entrance was through the area where the restaurant quests put their dishes after finishing their meal. The entrance was blocked with beer boxes and chairs. A strange dried up pool with rubble was the center piece of the entrance. The heavy smell of fried Asian food was nauseating. The smell from the cooked breakfast in the corridor outside the room was equally invasive. The room itself was decent and clean but the beds were way too soft.
