The two mattress double bed is a bit of a turnoff. Not something we are used to.

Breakfast was very nice. And we had a surprise free dinner one day which was a treat. The lobby was great for hanging out. The best feature was definitely the sauna.

Small compact hotel, took us a while to find it as it is tucked away and not well signposted. Room again was smallish but clean and comfortable and absolutely fine for the one night we stayed. Lovely restaurant just across the road and breakfast in the hotel was good.

The vibe of the hotel makes you feel at home, the staff are very friendly - Annelie was a great host, always smiling ! Rooms were comfortable, Sauna was the best. Although it had breakfast included, there is a microwave in the hotel which was a plus to prepare for lunch or dinner. Lounge is a great place to meet new people and enjoy a movie on the big screen together ☺️

The room was poorly isolated from the corridor noise. Our double bed was made out of two seperate beds what made them drift away.

Very cosy atmosphere with fireplace in the lobby, nice interior design, unlimited tea, coffee and hot chocolate and cookies. Perfect place to stay during long cold winter days in Jokkmokk. The breakfast was very good quality, fresh with wide variety of choice.

We were disappointed to find out there was no evening meal available during Christmas although when booking it stayed an evening meal available during winter.

The property was very nice, with warm fires and cosy areas to sit.

The only downside was the welcome at reception. After a long drive in difficult conditions a warm welcome and a smile would have been good. Maybe the receptionist had a bad day. Having been a professional receptionist myself I’m really not sure that’s a good excuse.

Don’r be out off by the outside of the building. inside it is very stylish, clean and comfortable. Parking is very easy.- right outside receptions. The breakfast was good although not outstanding and a nice touch is the free ‘light meal’ early evening. Vegetarians not well catered for but maybe less of a thing in these parts of Sweden. The woman in the restaurant did try to find an alternative to the meat curry which was kind of her. It was fine though. We slept well. The bed was perfect for me if a little hard for my partner - you can’t please everyone!

The bathroom was very small and there was no wardrobe in the room.

The breakfast was nice and the location of the hotel is perfect for day trips to different national parks. We also enjoyed the possibility to get hot drinks at any time in the common area.

Nicely renovated hotel. The outside should not stop you, the interior is well decorated with Scandinavian spirit. Simple but very comfortable room. Restaurant area welcomes you for breakfast. Too bad it is closed for diner but really hope it will open again soon. Have a look at the wooden parts of the building. The hotel has an history you can follow through the pictures exposed. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. A good address.

Charming hotel in the middle of town. We came with the train/ bus and it was very easy to find. The hotel is +100 years old with a lot of history, but well maintained and very cozy. The staff was also wonderful - we felt like we were staying with friends. We learned a lot about Jokkmokk, Norrland and the Sami culture. Hope to return again soon (maybe when it is a little warmer than the -30C we had... but a great bonus - the spectacular Northern Lights!)

This hotel is great and I can only recommend a stay! The staff is super friendly and they helped us a lot as we had some trouble with our car. Also dinner was included which was a great surprise!

Cozy and charming hotel with real fireplace and sauna. Rooms are clean, freshly refurbished and modern. Beds are comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have a coffee machine for guests and some wonderful local teas!
