Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomRoom footprint was small, no safety deposit box, no fridge and no tea/coffee facility in the room. The latter was available in the lounge area although seating space was limited. Lighting throughout was too low and the decor dark and outdated. We were on the second floor which was overlooked by other rooms. Would have benefited from muslin curtains in addition to main curtains, which would allow light to come in during the day and still provide some privacy without the need to use the main curtains. The main curtains were not easy to open/close as the curtain rail system is flawed and sticks.
Reasonably comfortable sleep, good shower, fair breakfast on offer. Close to metro and a number of coffee shops and restaurants.

United KingdomOur room didn't have a window that opened, making it quite stuffy overnight. The glazed light shaft into the courtyard could do with some vents to allow in fresh air. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean
The breakfast buffet was great. Very attentive staff making sure everything was topped and used dishes were removed quickly. Good coffee on tap. Loved the bright courtyard conservatory. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is in a convenient location to explore the city. Gamla Stan as well as museums and the shore promenades are within walking distance.

RomaniaThis is not a 4 stars hotel!!! The floor and the furniture in my room were really dated (see the pictures), the hallway in the front of my room looked disgusting (also see the pictures). There was no socket near the bed (there was one, but i could’t reach it) and i needed to get out of bed to charge my phone!!! I stayed at a real 4 stars hotel in Stockholm 7 years ago. It seems like a real luxury hotel comparing to this one. I will definitely not stay here again!

Canadai was travelling for business. As i travel for business quite a lot and this can be quite lonely, I don#t like to just work in my room but in a common area. Unfortunately the Hotel doesn't offer any common area that allows to work. the Breakfast area with tables is closed during the days and the other sitting area is just equipped with sofas, so not good for working as you can just balance the laptop on the lap and can't plug anywhere. Really liked the hotel and great for private travel but will not go back there when back in Stockholm for business.
