Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The bed was comfy, the room was big and useful. There was a parking garage, very safe. Free coffee and the real milk in the reception was nice. There was housekeeping even for one day.

United KingdomThe room felt tired and needed a revamp. The shower could have been cleaner and the screen didn't go to the floor, so the bathroom floor got very wet! There was no chair at the desk and a hair dryer needed to be requested from reception.

NorwayIn Malmä I slept for the third time on the way from the ferry in Trelleborg. I choose budget hotels on a long trip to Norway. We slept in the Good morning Malmä hotel first time and it wasn't bad. For me the most important thing was that the reception was open 24 hours a day because my check inn is usually very late at night and God morning Malmä has this option. A year earlier I stayed at Radisson Blu and in comparison Radisson is much better and cheaper despite the fact that the price for accommodation in God morning Malmä was 300kr cheaper. Firstly, in Radisson blu in the room you have a kettle and a selection of teas and access to a fridge stocked with drinks - in God morning Malmä the room is empty you don't even get a bottle of water. Secondly, in Radisson Blu breakfast is included in the price of accommodation in God morning Malmä it is paid additionally. Thirdly, my dog had a free night in Radisson Blu here the fee for a dog is over 200kr. There is also the price of parking in the center of Malmå, the fee with the Easy Park app is much more favorable than the local parking meter in God morning Malmä. The cleanliness of the rooms is comparable but the size of the rooms and comfort are not. In Radisson Blu the room has separate areas and a bathroom with a bathtub equipped with hotel products, in God morning Malmä there is only soap and toilet paper was missing in the bathroom. However, we had a peaceful night and the beds were very comfortable.

NetherlandsThe cleaning appeared to have been done at eye level only. There were dirty corners and edges at a lower level in the bathroom. The joints between the tiles were just grimy. The floor and lower walls could have done with a thorough scrub.
I liked the fact that as a cyclist I could securely put my bike in the covered parking. There's a bicycle rack there for that purpose. The hotel is of the business type with clean and airy rooms without any frills.

ItalyThe bathroom was not cleaned properly with calcar on the floor and doors of the shower and dust in the sockets; I found towels balled up in the wardrobe and we didn't know if they were cleaned or not. The room was very basic without a mini fridge, a safe, socket just on one side of the bed, breakfast not included, other competitor hotels at the same level have all of this and much more(for example the shower with double shower head, one removable and one fixed). The door was very annoying because it closed automatically making it very difficult entering and exiting the room with loads of luggage.
The beds were comfortable. Very good welcoming staff. Possibility to park.

United StatesThe buffet was a little boring, same thing everyday. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs, I took one bite and didn’t have again for the rest of the stay. Also was surprised by no drawers in our room to put the clothes away.
We ate two dinner meals and they were both fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I could understand the management of this hotel doesn't want to change this "mistake" (to attract more people), just beware that there would be some "disappointed" reviews here as a result of people expecting 4-star hotel and not getting that at the end of the day.
