The buffet was a little boring, same thing everyday. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs, I took one bite and didn’t have again for the rest of the stay. Also was surprised by no drawers in our room to put the clothes away.

We ate two dinner meals and they were both fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's incorrectly marked as 4 star on "booking.com" or other hotel booking sites, being a 3 star. I could understand the management of this hotel doesn't want to change this "mistake" (to attract more people), just beware that there would be some "disappointed" reviews here as a result of people expecting 4-star hotel and not getting that at the end of the day.

If you travel 3 people and get a 3 person room one of you will sleep in a really firm and uncomfortable extra bed. Not at all comfortable.

Shower leaked everywhere, floor was soaked and they didn't seem to worry about it, it was the design of the shower.

Room had everything except for a fridge. Overall comfortable and clean. Staff great and speak many languages.

The lady on the desk very helpful, explained how to travel around Malmo, use the trains services and Bolt Uber etc. Rooms are super clean and quiet, beds are AMAZING if you want to catch up a little on yr sleep. They should call this the Traveller Sleep Sanctuary :)

Despite two people travelling, we were provided with two single beds (on wheels) pushed together. We resorted to taking off the mattresses and sleeping on the floor. To add to our poor experience, the 24 deg C temperature at night, with no fans or AC, made for a less-than-pleasant night's sleep. There was a mess with the reservation. So, we had to leave 24 hours before anticipated.

The location was really convenient.

As the building is quite dated there was no air conditioning in the room. On the very hot sunny days with our room facing the sun all day it was very hot. Opening the window for the night did help a little, though.

Great hotel for anyone visiting the nearby sports facilities. Good and versatile breakfast. Breakfast starts already at 6 am which is excellent as sports events often start early in the morning. Vegan options much appreciated. A number of sports facilities and a hypermarket within a short walking distance. Also a beautiful park close by.

The pillows are horrific and they only give one. They are small, soft with zero support and the stuffing is all disintegrated and in pieces. The most uncomfortable pillows ever. Windows don't open and no air con so rooms are baking hot and stuffy There are sea gulls living around the hotel which are very loud in the morning

The hotel wasn't really near anything, and while I was able to get everywhere by bus or Bolt, next time I may choose somewhere closer to the centre

Rooms are old and outdated. Walls are so thin you hear everything from the other rooms. Very basic and frankly not well though amenities. Bathroom lacked proper design and water was all over the bathroom floor and there was no floor towel either

My room had seen better days and the food options at the hotel were subpar. The breakfast was limited in selection and the coffee not very good. The hotel restaurant unexpectedly closed early the evening we due to work commitments had to eat dinner at the hotel (and the only nearby restaurant was a Burger King...).

Overall the hotel looks a little dated and could do with some decorating. The corridor carpets had a lot of stains. Only one pillow provided which was kinda flat. Shower was strange and it was very easy to soak the entire floor by accident.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Bus stop 2mins away and rooms were clean and tidy. Reception area was nice and had free water and coffee.

We checked in late but no problems. We were offered free parking space. The breakfast (included) was one of the best we ever had.

Better? Maybe the bedding, which was almost too warm for me. Other than that: nothing really. Ah maybe a chair to sit in. Since I didn't stay in the room much, it was alright for me with just the built in bench.

Breakfast was included and was wide in things to choose from. From warm food (scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon) to different kinds of bread and yoghurts. There was also a gluten free section. The room with double beds was spacious and had enough room that 1 people would still enjoy the space, the view from the 7th floor was a busy road, however I never had any problems with traffic noise or noises of other guests. The bathroom was clean, and just a bit outdated, but lacking nothing except for maybe a smaller shaving mirror (which I didn't need). I choose this hotel because of the location of the seminary in a close by facility.

A small thing - but no English breakfast tea at breakfast on Day 2.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and efficient (so efficient in the restaurant that I went to refill my tea and they cleared my tray, with the room key on it! 😂). Room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the shower was really good.
