There was a slight, dirty smell in the bathroom, of the type that one gets sometimes when pipelines have a leakage somewhere. But this was really a minor inconvenience that may not be a general feature in all rooms.

The location is excellent, practically across the street from ABBA the Museum. It is a nice, quiet, green, and leafy neighbourhood. Well-connected by bus/tram as well as a ferry boat stop that connects to Gamla Stan. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is generous, high quality, and not to be missed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We gad a decent sized room with a queen bed, electric kettle, hairdryer, TV, etc. We didn't find the time to use the sauna. Recommend this hotel 100%

Hotel right in the middle of Djurgarden only couple of minutes’ walk to many tourists attractions. Very good breakfast, all hotel personnel was very kind and helpful. Comfortable beds. Spacious car park (paid separately) near the hotel.

It's some distance from city centre but close to great museums, The room price is well above our normal budget but worth it for a special occasion.

This is a very comfortable hotel, close to several of the museums we wanted to visit. It has a very nice atmosphere and all staff were good, especially at reception. The restaurant was very good including breakfast. We would have liked to have had more choice on the menu, given that we dined 6 nights.

The personnel were fantastic. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about the restaurant staff. All the wait staff we intereacted with took the time to speak with our son, even though they seemed extremely busy- Tje hotel location was ideal for our family trip to Skansen.

We missed a hand towel hook in the bathroom. The other thing we missed was a pool, then the relaxation would have been top notch.

Location was great. Next door lots of activities if you preferred them, we liked the quick tram ride into city center for sights and city life. Borrowed bikes from the hotel and explored the beautiful surroundings two days in a row.

We ere initially disappointed with the fact that our room I was so dark. Zoe at the front desk helped us find a brighter more appealing room. She bent over backwards to make us feel very welcome.

The breakfasts were terrific and added great value.

One of the rooms was really cold at night, which was fixed by an extra heater brought by the receptionist. One of the rooms could be a bit bigger. Bathroom lacked a towel hanger.

The room was smaller than I expected.

The location to all the museums and attractions is great. It is opposite the ABBA museum and a tram into the centre of Stockholm. The breakfast was very good. We were visiting for a birthday and they gifted us chocolates in our room on arrival which was a charming touch.

Breakfast was quite boring. I would say there's everything you need and that's it. Nothing special, the same as any other 4star hotel in Stockholm. It was no cream for coffee (but lactose free milk and vegan milk were there). So you pay higher price just for the location.

Everything was great: location, facilities, friendly staff. There's always some space on the parking lot. Good air conditioning in the room and I love la:brucket soap.
