Extremely expensive taxi from airport terminal to hotel. Possibly one could have taken a shuttle, but I didn't see any instructions, and really wasn't expecting the nearly 400 kr taxi fare for such a short distance.

No compliment breakfast was provided. The cost was bit high for this property. Apart from that it was an average place to stay. I'd request the hotel management to reduce the price of the rooms so that it would be a great pick for solo travelers.

Shuttle services to airport was good. Very near to Airport and the view from room was good. The reception staff was good. The place was so calm and clean.

The staff were great and the airport pick up and drop off was speedy and a great money saver and avoided the hassle of waiting for taxis. Breakfast was excellent. The bunk bed arrangement in the family room was strange but amusing and surprisingly comfortable enough for one night. It's a great option close to the airport and a bargain price.

The staff could be a little rude at times and the beds weren't very comfortable. I ordered breakfast on the second day I was staying and when I was told I would have to wait an extra 15 mins for the shuttle (6am) I asked if I could run up and grab something for breakfast quickly, to which I was met with an angry tone of how we would be leaving in 15 mins 😑

How close it was to the airport and that you get a 24hr free shuttle back and forth from the airport too.

shuttle driver just let everyone out at one terminal. he didn’t know which terminal was for which airline. we had a super long walk from one terminal to another

Not a big deal, but the rooms were a bit dusty. For one of us, that flared up allergies. The rooms also were not cleaned between nights.

The shuttle service is amazing, and quick! There’s a good variety of snacks and drinks available to purchase from the main reception. The staff hotel were very friendly and helpful in answering all of our questions!

I didn't know about their transfer service to and from the airport and I took a local bus to get there. It was a bit of a journey and I was left by the road, so I had to walk a bit with my suitcase. To go back to the airport, I booked the free transfer and that was great.

The hotel is spotless clean, comfy and quiet. The rooms are quite spacious and have everything you need for a good rest not too far from Arlanda airport. I do recommend getting breakfast there (great selection and choice). And remember to book the transfer to the airport they have because, otherwise, it's not that close to any of the terminals and local buses will only leave you by the road.
