We had to stay aware of the slanted ceilings. The four flights of curved stairs were pretty but also a challenge after a long day. We came during a Taylor Swift concert so prices were expectedly higher than normal.

The location was great and it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable! Staff was very responsive and helpful.

The building was accessed using a code at the door. The apartment was unlocked. It was very easy and we were able to drop off bags early.

The elevator was not working and the stairs are long and steep. Poorly equipped (no hair dryer, no table cloths or paper towels). Annoying electric and antenna cables tangled on the floor. Very very small and essential bathroom.

it was a bit cold in the apartment given the subzero temperatures outside, took some hours for the electrical radiators to work. But good that they were there, coz the central heating didn't work at all.

A bit cool in the apartment in October, it did not help to regulate the heater. Luckily there were portable electric heaters so it wasn't really a problem. In the bedroom it was really fresh to sleep. Also a bit dark, the small spot lamps did not light up the whole living room. But again, there were floor lamps you could move in the apartment, no problem. It took long time to get warm water in the shower as well as in the basin - I suppose it is common in Swedish apartment houses. Despite these small issues I strongly recommend this place.

Wonderful penthouse apartment in a beautiful old house, on a quiet road, centrally located in Vasastan. Clean and fresh apartment with everything you need even for a longer stay. I felt like home there, I would definitely come again.

It was quite cold inside the apartment because we travelled in October. There were warm blankets though. :)

Great location, the apartment was small but had everything we needed was available. Appliances, shower, kitchen, etc... Communication with the hosts was easy and they were able to help us with special requests regarding check-in and cleaning.

Space for improvement: the flat is furnished in a swedish super minimal style. There's scope to make it cosier: brighter lights at night, maybe hanging some pictures, some colour... Besides, I would have appreciated a kettle for tea, I used the microwave instead.

Very spacious and equipped flat in an excellent position served perfectly by public transport but also on on foot distance from city centre (Gamla Stan). Nice neighbourhood with cafès and restaurants nearby. The flat was quiet. Smooth check in /out and extreme availability of host. Overall an excellent stay.

It is on the 4th floor without a lift. The bathroom (shower) is very small and somehow the water pressure is very low. It is comfortable for 2. We had to buy extra toilet paper (only one was provided) and any necessity (e.g salt). The balcony can’t be used in practice.

Great location - close to Odenplan transportation hub with lots of restaurants, shops and a park around. The property had everything you need - comfortable beds, bath, small kitchen. It is very quite facing internal garden.

Minor things: There was no kettle in the kitchen. I boiled my tea water in a pot on the stove. And beware: the (historic) elevator goes only to the 4th floor. One needs to climb the stairs to the 5th floor.

This is a nice, modern apartment in central Stockholm, close to Odenplan. It has a sofa in the living room, and a bedroom with plenty of storage space. Since the apartment is on the 5th floor and is well insulated, it is quiet.

- pictures in the offering are from several apartments all together. It would be nice to see them grouped to select and review by each rental unit. - the apartment we were in lacked a bin in the bathroom, hangers in the hallway, kitchen towels, which would be good to provide for future guests. - no tea, coffee, no condiments in the kitchen; no shampoo nor bodywash in the bathroom (not an issue for us, just general warning for other fellow visitors). - too expensive compared to alternatives. I advise to operate with the value in SEK in your calculations, do not count on the provided sum in EUR as the real sum you pay in EUR will be bigger.

+ location - close to public transport, grocery stores etc. + spacios. + nice views from windows. + comfortable beds. + didn't hear neighbours nor sounds from the street.

Very little we did not like but could do with blackout blinds, coffee filter paper or small kettle, it would have been helpful to have a few essentials like milk, bread, etc

The wifi password was on the router, on a ceiling beam, 2 to 3 meters above the ground. The room didn't have a single chair, so it was impossible to sit or retrieve the wifi password. When contacted for help, the renter mentioned the wifi password being on the router without further help. Very dubious stains on the couch and body hair found in the bathroom.

-Very surprisingly they forgot to clean the room with someone's underwear left, all the dirty towls, bed sheets left on the floor, lots of dust on the floor, which shows it is not forgotten for a short period but at least 1 month. -The owner was not aware of this situation at all, we showed the pictures of urgly toilette, someone's hair left on the bed, used towels in the bath room. -a complete mess... -additionally the pictures shown here does not show the same room. -The building is nice but unfortunately there are many things which could be done better in this 2 bed-room appartment, for example no big mirror, no pictures, the beds are old and small, the bed sheets and towels can be cleaner. -even worse, that the curtain in the bedroom dropped on the first day when we arrived, because it is not fixed stable enough on the wall...almost an accident -we arrived on the Sunday late afternoon, then urgently they looked for a cleaning person but we had to spend time outside in such cold weather (1c degree) and never know when the cleaning person will come and finish the work. -even after clearning the room, the underwear from someone was still left, the kitchen appliance like toaster and kettle were not cleaned at all, so you see the food left on them that others have eaten -very difficult time on the first day, which was really surprising and difficult when with a child. -for this price of paying 5 nights of a 2 bed-room appartment in Stockholm, I will NEVER come back again.

Location is good, easy to go to the train station. The street is quiet but with lots of restaurant around.

They forgot, that I had checked in and some maintenance guy came in with his own keys in the evening, when I was going to bed! Seriously bad mistake, I will never forgive. There was an ironing board, but no iron.

The Appartement was not in such a good condition. Old furniture, some parts were already broken. The fridge was not clean and also the sofa was quite dirty.

Zero light in front entry at night. Very dark. Very tiny Hiss so if travelling with stroller, it may not fit. And you will def need to take twice to get luggage upstairs meaning you are leaving your baby unattended when travelling alone. If someone doesn’t close door correctly, you are also on your own to figure out solution. Laundry room in building available to some guests but not all. Microwave and coffee pot present but no place in kitchen to plug them in anywhere.

From the pictures in the advertisement we expected a much much nicer apartment, as more modern, nice city view, highly located in building. The pictures advertized is not in accordance to the apartment rented, this mislead the renter. The flat is located on ground floor on a inner courtyard with no views at all, actually the windows have no view outside as they are covered with tape. Bathroom is very small with a mini bath tub which is dangerous and easy to fall in. Not cozy as there is no decorations existing. Very expensive rental compaired to the quality offered. Very disappointing all in all.

The location is central and close to restaurants, shops and Metro.

The location is great, close to the central trainstation and metrostations. The appartment is in a very quiet building. The beds are good and we got enough towels. We enjoyed our stay!
