The appartment is advertised (at least in the czech version) as "viewing over the city". In reality, the view is into a backyard.

Perfect location - walking distance to Haga, to the old city, to the river. Very quiet place. Nice appartment.

No cutting boards. Bowls were small. pillows a bit flat. But overall it was good.

The room wasn’t very clean. Hair from a previous visitor was in several patches on the floor, wine stains on the table. Broken table on the balcony and a dirty stained arm chair? Don’t understand why they are even in the property. Really basic bare stuff in the property, please get a chopping board!

Great location, lots of great pubs and restaurants nearby. Very close to Haga. The room had good facilities, checking in and out was easy, the neighbourhood seemed quite quiet too.

There could have been more cutlery and crockery, there was only two of each item with no teaspoons and only 1 wine glass.

The location was great, travelling around Gothenburg it extremely easy, cheap and efficient and there was a bus stop just down the road. Excellent bars, cafes and restaurants right on the doorstep.

Garbage can was full to the brim when we arrived. We didn't leave any trash simply because the bin was already full.

In the kitchen is missing a lot of equipment, so don't expect doing much cooking there. Microwave is combi with the Owen, so at least you can make some quick food there.

There is some kind of high pitch noise which is constant, it goes away after working hours but this noise needs to be solved for all neighborhood.

- Not all windows have curtains , this is a problem especially during the summer season in Sweden cause you will have sun from 4 am in the apartment. - There isn't a draining board for the dishes - There isn't any box in the shower to put your soaps while showering, so you are forced to put them directly on the wet floor. - No sugar/salt provided , the basics for an apartment... - Bedlinen had some dirty spots - Only one side of the bed have bedside table to put objects and phone charging during the night - There weren't a shower carpet, so you basically walk with your wet feet or use your body towel to dry them..

- Location is really good , you can easily visit Goteborg without taking transportation because the house is pretty close to everything. - Washing machine has also a rapid wash program, very useful. - Bed is very comfy - Apartment is silent, only seagulls noises. - Apartment has a right temperature, not cold.

It was challenging to get in, as I had to pay twice for the accommodation in order to receive the codes. I hope there is a review of payments, so that this duplicate payment is refunded. Other than this, the apartment building and area were great.

The apartment was wonderful for a work trip to Göteborg. The location was within walking distance to restaurants and the office.

The room that I booked was not the same I received (not a problem, but still...). Kitchen sink was not working, TV was not working. There is a lack of few kitchen stuff (like bowl or pot) to use it fully. There was only one roll of toilet paper for 3 days. Only one chair, so difficult to eat together.

Location is amazing. Perfect area with places to eat, to drink and in walking distance to sightseeing must sees. Apartment was clean. Wardrobe was enormous.

Rooms for improvements are 1) add a soap dish at the shower, 2) squeaking noises when opening and closing of the refrigerator, 3) partly or loud music from neighbors on Friday and Saturday nights until midnight, 4) should have provided at least 2 sets of towels if staying longer than 3 days, 5) strong cigarette smell in the corridors and main entrance.

The floor was a wee bit dusty there was hair and what not, however the hoover provided made a really loud noise that sounded as if it could be broken, so I just used tissue to clean the dust on the floors.

The facilities and location are absolutely fantastic. Eateries, museums, and botanical gardens are all within 20 mins walk of the accomodation. This accommodation would be my first choice when staying in Gothenburg. 🤗

We had an issue with a power cut which didn't affect our apartment but did affect the main door which had an electronic key code. We had to be let back in by another resident who had a special security key. One or two things in the property need fixing/cleaning. (front door handle had a tendency to come off, some light bulbs need replacing and grill pan was dirty) No bedside table on one side of the bed.

Location set on the edge of Haga was very good with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Lots of trams a short walk away. Very quiet and comfortable. Good shower. Balcony.
