The hotel is very charming and very quiet. When we arrived, they gave us a room in a nice attic but a little uncomfortable because we had to climb some stairs. The guy at the reception changed it for another more comfortable room without any problem. The breakfast buffet is good and there is a nice room with free coffee and tea. I 100% recommend this hotel in Stockholm.

The room (624) was very small. The toilet was more or less placed in the midle of the shower. We know this is an old building , but the floor is to rustic. Remove the carpets.

The hotel is fascinating. If you look for a standard hotel with modern facilities, this is not the place to be. If you look for a fascinating, romantique and intriguing place, then this is your place. Great bonus is that is very close to metro station and center of the city

The breakfast would have been even better with some more vegetarian cooked items, like mushrooms or tomato, but I appreciate that may not be cost-effective unless a lot of people want that. I didn't see any dairy-free (plant) milk either.

The room was absolutely perfect for my needs. The bed was very comfortable, and there was room to relax with comfy chairs etc. I appreciated having a kettle with teas and coffee provided too. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Our room was not included in the advertised photos so we were somewhat deceived in that way. Although there was a loft with more space above us it required climbing a steep ladder, which at our age and condition was impossible so there was no space to open our two suitcases, which made moving around extremely difficult, even getting into bed.

Not a lot of lobby space so hard to hang out with friends while waiting to depart etc. So many others guests have the same idea. Minor complaint (but annoying when it happens): Horrible orange juice at breakfast. Mainly water. Someone in the staff probably just made a mistake.

If my next trip to Stockholm would be more than a week. I would book a larger room, than small room. As I would have more stuff on me. Otherwise nothing bad to say about this place.

For me and my wife everything was great. Yes, the rooms are small, but for weekend getaway, you don't need anything more. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, nothing out of the ordinary (Big + a lot types of milk). Based on price/location/quality, I would say that price for value is great. Metro is pretty close and price for taxi from central station ∼ 10 EUR (using Bolt). For travelers: Skinnarviksberget is pretty close to this hotel, don't forget to go there :)

Not enough sockets next to the bed (there was one occupied by the lamp so lamp had to be disconnected). Water pressure in shower was a bit too low (on the 3rd floor at least). Would loved to have pancakes for breakfast not just scrambled eggs. Also juice was not very tasty. — but all these things are small and did not ruin my stay at the hotel!

Hotel’s location is very good: 3 minutes walking to metro, 20 minutes to Södra station, 30 minutes to Gamla Stan. Close by are lots of bars and places to eat, grocery stores and pharmacies. Hotel itself looks pretty cool (old fashioned furniture, old stairs and doors etc). Free candies and coffee(apparently also free but I did not try it) from the coffee machine in the fall-way on the 1st floor. The room was good as well. Comfortable bed and pillows, clean bathroom. Floor was old and squeaky but it looked so cool! Breakfast was small but OK! Personal was very friendly.

It cost a little more than we initially booked it for so that was a little frustrating.
