The room was not properly cleaned before my arrival as I could find hairs from other people there. It was very loud, as a lot of children were staying there and playing in the hallways. The shared showers should be cleaned more often, as they were disgusting.

The check in and check out to the hotel is very easy. It is centrally located near Korsvägen, which makes travelling to/from the airport very easy. It has a lot of bathrooms and showers.

The lockers were really loud and the bed squeaky so I'd recommend bringing earplugs.

The staff was kind and the facilities were clean. The 8 bed female dormitory was split up into 2 sections which made for a more quiet night. All the beds had privacy curtains.

The shared rooms lack ventilation...and have a bad smell! Common rooms lack locked drawers! In the shared rooms, some guests are not quiet!

The single rooms are good and clean. Bathrooms and toilets are plentiful and all clean. The staff is great and helps everyone. You can buy your own food and cook it

Is far from the train station. But you can walk if you don't have heavy stuff. Kitchen is not very big for the amount of people. Ventilation was not good in the kitchen.

Pillows were hit or miss in quality (mostly miss). We didn’t experience a very sociable hostel atmosphere. People kept mostly to themselves. The lounge/TV area was hardly used (a man was sleeping on the couch most nights). Somebody left an uncovered plate of meat in the middle of the fridge for days & it stank. There is a complete alcohol ban in the property. I personally wouldn’t want one of the rooms leading straight into the lounge area.

Clean, warm, very comfortable beds. Our family room was well sized. Clean toilets & showers dotted around the property. Really easy system for late check in. Dining area is clean & cosy with adequate & ample kitchen facilities. Quiet location and during our stay we heard very little of any of the other guests. Local amenities really close by & open late (supermarket, newsagents, sweet shop, tram stops). You can actually walk into the city centre in less than half hour. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again bring our kids next time. It felt good value for money.

The appartment could be bigger, and more furniture. Breakfast could be included in price, as approx. 500 kr per day is the price for the same hotels in main cities of europe, including breakfast.

Wery clean rooms, wc, kitchen, etc. Very nice appartments, nice bedding and towels. Everything is very, very nice. It's a very clean and comfortable hostel for reasonable price.

cleanliness and the location of stay. Also accessibility at any time made things better for us. I chose the dormitory kind of room which was though cheap, were less privacy were maintained since unknown persons can be occupied in the same room.

The control of the lighting in the room is a bit odd. And the rooms need more ventilation.

I liked the warmth and personal touch of the staff. Additionally I was quite happy to see the ratio of common washrooms to the number of the rooms.

The hostel is very clean, we had super comfy beds and the room was very quiet even with a window into the main street. Delicious breakfast with vegan options and very good (unlimited) coffee. There was always enough food in the breakfast buffet even when we came quite late.
