The room wasn't as clean as the first time we stayed and the bathroom was smaller in comparison to the first time, The booked room was the same.

Second time stay at Forenom. Perfect for a visit to Malmö. Located in a good area with easy access towards the sea and the city centre. To bad there are no or very limited possibilities to sit outside, when the weather is good.

The television had limited channels and there was some difficulty opening the windows fully. Lighting was not very bright.

Our room was not made at all, including unmade old beds with marks after someone who laid there, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and illegal substances on the bench tops. Disgusting!

Beds were quite narrow, so be warned if you tend to be a restless sleeper! I don't remember seeing any dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid, but it didn't really matter for us. Fire alarm went off at 5am, no idea why but it was seriously loud in the room - obviously a good thing, but after the all-clear it took them about 30 minutes to work out how to turn it off.

A bit of a walk from the central station but you can jump on a bus for 2/3 stops, so relatively convenient. Apartment had a small dishwasher, cooker, fridge, microwave and recycling bins. We only used the kettle during our stay as we weren't there most of the time. A really good sized bathroom with a very decent shower. Plenty of storage and hangers. We didn't really have any contact with staff, other than the security guys on reception who were pleasant enough.

The fire alarm being set off for over 40 minutes and having to vacate the building at 5am. Fire brigade attended, and couldn't turn it off either. This wasn't the accommodations fault, however there was no staff on site to resolve the issue. We should have been checking out at 11, but due to the inconvenience we were allowed late check out for 1pm, massively appreciated, after a busy days travelling and Eurovision. Thank you. Nothing else to mention, would happily stay here again.

The interior and room layout. Extremely spacious room. kitchen facilities. Bus stop directly outside and walking distance from the train station and metro. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Could see the turning torso from room.

Great location, didn’t see many team members but the security guard was super helpful on our check-out day. Our studio was really well equipped with everything we needed for our four night stay.

Some people (workers) seem to be living there and it feels they are in their house and we are disturbing them. Some parts of the corridors were dirty due to their filthy boots, which were left outside their bedrooms. They didn't care about other guests and took over the "games room", laundry room, etc. The noise from rooms upstairs. You can hear all the steps and toilet flushing.

Webcobs on the higher part of the windows in this room too. Spring cleaning needed. You can easily hear the steps of people of the room above.

They have storage room where you can leave your bags. Laundy room available, if needed. Lobby with coffee and tea available during some hours. Good wifi.

The cleaning was not the best;, superficial, cobwebs on the windows, exfoliated furnishings especially in the bathroom it is a little disadvantage. Furnishings could be a little more modern, but that is just a personal opinion.

Very central spot, sights could be reached very fast. Hot water in the shower (good pressure). Friendly staff.

The location was great for our purpose and it was simple to check-in, just with access code. The room was very nice, fresh and clean, even though it was a short stay, we also enjoyed spending time in there. There was a full kitchen, we didn't use it but it's convenient.

At first I wasn't sure about the lower level room- quite different from the photo Bookings has up...but it turned out just fine!

The place was ship shape with surprise amenities like a heated shower floor. The kitchen was well equipped and once I figured out how to unlock the induction stove top I good to go. Transportation a breeze and an easy walk to the central station or a longer walk to the beach/ seaside park. Free laundry room. The evening security person found and lent me a European USB outlet. I love that this beautiful old Industrial building is being cared for... Lots of new construction in this part of Malmö.

The shower would be better with a door to close so the bathroom doesn't get all wet after a shower. The description to the garbage room is a bit misleading. Also additional garbage bags would have been great. We faced a water problem with the dishwasher which could be solved quickly. However, we suggest to add a note regarding the tap to the info booklet to avoid the problem in the future.

building and room was easily accessable with PIN code, communication before and during the stay with customer service was great and staff in the building is very friendly and helpful. The size of the room is adequat, cleaning was great, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed is comfortable and it is possible to connect own mobile devices via chromecast with the tv which position can be adjusted flexibly. The location of the aparthotel is great, bus station close by, next supermarkets 10 minutes walking, and city centre 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes via bus to the main station.

Parking with a car is very difficult. We used the city app and paid, but still received a fine for parking. Calling the parking service is virtually impossible.
