Quite noisy when the window is open, highway and surface subway right next to the hotel. Couldn't figure out how to use the stove, but didn't need to as I only stayed the night. Kettle is plastic, could have been stainless steel. A bedside table would have been good. Body lotion would have been a welcome addition. Expresso machine was turned off for breakfast guests. The coffee that was available wasn't satisfactory.

Very clean room and bathroom. Quite basic, but all you need for an overnight or two. Organic bathroom products. Breakfast buffet was quite good. Considering the absurdly high hotel prices in Stockholm, this hotel is a good deal, about 50% lower rates than other hotels. A few steps from the subway and the tram. 10 minutes to central Stockholm by subway. A good supermarket about 200m away, as well as other stores.

The overall no nonsense practicality paired with comfort. It's not a fancy hotel but they don't advertise as such. The breakfast was good, solid no nonsense food which I quite liked. The room is small, no frills but comfortable and cosy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed every day.

Location is very good. Close to station. In 15min you in central station. Breakfast was good but only cold food as cheese, salami, fruits, cereal, fresh bread.

Lift were always busy and takes long time. Our room was in 16th floor and Lift is available only till 15th floor!!! so ended up carrying our heavy baggages to the 16th floor

The rooms were not that clean. There was very little variety at breakfast. The location was far from the center. However, the subway was right next to the hotel. His noise was very much included in the rooms.

The refrigerator was empty, but it still had a bad smell from spoiled food. It was turned off and full of ice, which melted during the night, causing water to leak onto the floor.

The location is excellent and we could reach by train the city center and all attractions.

Had to take out our own garbage bags. The garbage room was horrible. They also asked to do our own dishes. We didn't use them anyway but made us wonder how clean they would be.

Decent place to stay for a reasonable price. Location is easily accessed by metro and tram. The staff was lovely. Bedding and towels were white and clean. The view from our room (12th froor) was nice. The room had been renovated in the recent years.

The door to the room should be more tightly sealed. The tap in the kitchen should be more movable because it is difficult to wash dishes and it is inconvenient when cleaning larger items such as a plate or a pan. Unfortunately, the building is located next to the T-bane tracks and it is noisy when trains pass by. Another difficulty is that there are only two elevators for approximately 200 rooms on 15 floors. Waiting times can be long.

Good location, close to T-bane and 15 minutes drive to Gamla Stan and other attractions. Check in from 2pm made my stay easier, check out was easy. Everything necessary in the room. The price is low for Sweden, so I recommend it.

A lot of noise coming from outside highway and train station whole night, our window had to stay open as it was really hot in the room. Doors to the bathroom need servicing as it was really squeaky Very basic breakfast, could be improved. Our entrance code stopped working one hour before checkout time and even that they said that they fixed it, it still wasn't working

Easy check in, breakfast included, clean room, great view from the room on 11 floor. Parking right outside and not too expensive. 1 minute walk to train and subway station. Very good food at the restaurant / bar nearby.
