Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There wasn't much not to like! Full of amenities and ways to enjoy your stay, there was plenty to like about staying at the hotel, from mini-golf, to a pool, sauna, hot tub, bike rentals, full breakfast, and more!

SwedenThe comfort of the rooms are poor. The windows are bad quality and already many of them are not possible to open or close. Only the mainbuilding has aircondition and only if no one else open their window. In our room (not in the mainbuiding) the window was broken and not possible to close. When we told so, they said it was a common problem and not easy to solve.
The location is perfect if you are visiting Visby and like a poolfacility and sauna. The barservice is superb and also the breakfast.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of room amenities. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was extremely kind. And of course the location was great as it is between the ferry terminal and inner city so for us it was easy and fast to get to destinations outside inner city as well.

IcelandDidn't like the bed way too soft and the matress was kind of loose so you had to fix it often and because our baby was sleeping in the middle it kind of always ended in between mattresses.
Liked the room it was clean and big and you had good space to put away your clothes and stuff. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.
