Room was a small, not much space for 2 suitcases but would be okay for a short stay with little luggage. Only criticism would be the lack of power points which made it difficult to charge phones

The room that were allocated to us is quite claustrophobic as it is situated below the ground. There is no opening except the room's entry door.

Breakfast is pretty good. Staff are pretty good and friendly too. The location is very convenient as the hotel is very close to Arlanda Express which is the best and fastest way to go to the airport if you are staying in the City.

It took a little while to get used to a room without a window.

The location was within walking distance of the Old Town. The upper lounge area was very comfy and the staff very helpful and friendly.

The room was hot as there was no window and no alternative ways of cooling it, such as fans or AC. There was an iron on the corridor downstairs for guests to use, which is great, but then the ironing board cover was dirty and either this or the iron itself damaged my shirt as it now has visible marks (I made sure the temperature was right to prevent burning). Overall, it’s good for one night thanks to its location but not the best sleep due to the room being too hot with no way of getting some cooler air in.

The hotel is conveniently located nearby the Central Station. We were staying one night as we were scheduled to travel by train to Mora the following day. However, due to the convenient location, we were able to still do and see a lot in the city center in the evening. The staff and breakfast are the biggest assets of the hotel. The warm and friendly welcome and great service really stood out. Our room was a smaller one without windows downstairs, but offered all the conveniences one desires. A great price-quality ratio. We are regular Stockholm travellers and will definitely return for a longer stay at this location.

Unfortunately I had this time a room without window, but this was due to me booking very late. The one annoying thing with the rooms is that they don't have any wardrobe. One either has to live out of the suitcase, or improvise where to put ones clothes. Also, the desk in my room was not cleaned properly, as there was something sticky left. But in their defense, one could not see the sticky spot; I only relized ones my phone got "glued" to the desk.

I was for the third time in this hotel and I always like it. The staff is super helpful, very friendly and has many good suggestions regarding Restaurants, or places to visit. The breakfast is excellent and one has a lot of different choices. Also the location close to the train station and only a few minutes away from the old town is great. Nevertheless, the rooms are quiet and one can sleep easily. When I came to bring my luggage I was allowed to check in early, which was also a very nice gesture. The next time I visit Stockholm I plan to stay again in this hotel.

Check in could be way smoother. Don´t know why the hotel requires this level of details from us as we were traveling as a family and already had provided most details on booking.com.

Thon Partner Hotel Kungsbron is conveniently located only a few hundred meters from the main central station in Stockholm. It is not a scenic location, but very practical if you are visiting town as you can access all trains and subway lines easily. This is the main selling point for this hotel. Rooms are ok, not that big and lack windows as they are all underground. Beds were good, and cleaning worked fine. Breakfast room is spacious and decorated in a nice way. As in most Swedish hotels, the breakfast offers a multitude of things. Staff was friendly, but check-in was a bit confused and took unreasonably long time. For some reason, we had to provide a lot of contact details for both rooms (although traveling as a family), and paying for both rooms together was also complicated. I travel a lot and this was a new experience, no idea why this particular hotel applies this policy. Apart from that, it was a nice stay. Price is not low, but still very reasonable given the very central address.

Walls are a bit thin so if you have noisy people walking in front of your room you hear everything. I had earplugs and that saved me, so I strongly recommend bringing them!

Central hotel close to the train station. You can walk pretty much anywhere in the city centre from there, and of you don't want (or can't) walk, there's plenty public transport. Rooms are small but clean, and the hotel is pleasant

A bit difficult to get to the breakfast room until told how to work the key.

A very good breakfast. The staff on the desk were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a bother. The towels were a good quality and the room very quiet.
