There was no heater in the room, but they were helpful and provided a small fan. It was sufficient to heat the room, thank you.

Sleeping in a room without windows is very easy because it is very dark, which I liked. I didn’t need to use blackout glasses. Breakfast was an unlimited open buffet, it was very nice and had a lot of variety. The storage room where we left our luggage was locked, which was very good for security. Additionally, the hotel entrance door could only be opened with a hotel card, which was also very good for security.

For the price it was really nice. The lobby staff was friendly when we arrived. We had a windowless room with 2 beds (mistake on our end, I meant to get a double bed) but it was fine. We were visiting in the summer where the sun doesn't go down until 11pm so I actually preferred not having windows so we could properly sleep. I don't go to my hotel room very often except to chill for a bit and sleep so it was good enough. The breakfast was really great - a good variety of hot foods, spreads and everything you would need. Everything was clean.

My only slight complaints were with the room itself: rooms on the -1 level felt a bit stuffy and poorly ventilated. Would have liked a fan in the bathroom or an A/C unit in the room. I had a windowless room which added to the feeling.

Very convenient location beside central station, super friendly staff, great breakfast. I had anticipated a no-frills experience but the hotel far exceeded my expectations. Excellent value for money!

I was disappointed at breakfast they didn’t have smoked salmon and berries as the pictures advertise, like many other hotels in Stockholme have for similar price. Real milk in room would be better as opposed to the powdered creamers.

I had the windowless room downstairs which was actually very good as it was dark and quiet and still gets natural air flow from outside via the vents so you didn’t feel like you’re suffocating. The location was convenient. Fridge in room was excellent.

The windowless room was very tiny with little space to put luggage. Not many comfy lounge chairs.

Location suited us as it was near the station used by the airport express train , and also near tourist information station and many taxis.

No windows that open - the room options on Booking.com clearly state if the room has no window. But for rooms with windows, just be aware that they do not open. The rooms have an internal air vent that is not adjustable. If you can handle that, all good. Tip: I found keeping curtains a bit open helped, and spending more time in lovely lounge area later evenings to relax, read, chat. No cupboards in rooms, only a few hangers.

Breakfast is excellent. In the reception area there's a spacious, comfortable, lounge with a bar for drinks, coffee and ready meals. There's also a good range of snacks for sale. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had a problem that they resolved professionally and efficiently. Good size smart TVs in rooms. Very good location for public transport - buses and trains - local, intercity and beyond. Many places can also be reached in a few minutes by foot.
