Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Clean and quiet hotel, very close to Central station and Bus terminal, 400 meters to the Malmo city centre. The staff is amazing, alwala smiling and ready to help. Our room was big, just like shown in the picture. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. Overall experience - even better than we expected.

Located within easy walking distance to Malmö Central Train Station and Malmö’s excellent dining scene. Ample street parking at very good rates and access to multi level parking facility. Spacious Dining Room with ample variety and quantity of Breakfast Foods. Rooms are basic in layout but spacious, clean, well appointed with comfortable beds, opening windows and very liveable. Check in & out was very easy and all Staff were professional, obliging and lovely to deal with.

TurkeyThe location of the hotel was very good, very close to the station and the city centre. The rooms were the ideal size for two people. The hotel was very clean. It was very nice that breakfast was included in the accommodation fee and there were plenty of breakfast options. Free tea and coffee in the evening was also good. The hotel staff were helpful, especially Mr Mehmet was very interested, friendly and sincere.

NorwayRude receptionist. We arrived on friday at 2 O'clock AM, late at night. The reception was open, that was good. But the receptionist was such a rude and disrespectful person, that er were shocked. No smile, no greeting, even though my brother greeted him, he did not reply. 😧 I will never recommend this hotel to someone cause of the rudeness of the staff. I hope the hotel owner evaluates the staff once again.
