Sauna should be included in the price and not extra. Windows should be able to open in the room to get fresh air, food in restaurants should have local traditional Swedish options for my preference but not everyone wants that. Also would prefer breakfast to finish a bit later.

When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation, I had to wait for about half an hour, but they didn't even ask me if I wanted a glass of water or anything. The receptionist said that the use of the pools was included in the price, but the next morning I had to pay 2 x 495 kroner for it. I do not understand why? When I booked the accommodation, it was not indicated anywhere that the use of the pools had to be paid separately. I left at 6:00 a.m., which I indicated the night before at the reception. It would have been nice if they asked me if I wanted a sandwich or something for the trip, because breakfast was only available from 7:00 a.m. (breakfast was paid for). I have already reported this to the hotel, but they don't seem to be taking care of it!!

Just 2 comments: 1. Ladies changing room in the evening was quite dirty, towels and robes were everywhere 2. This is a luxury hotel. The price of the room is quite expensive. Then guests pay for everything (including spa). The price of spa for guests is a bit less. It’s strange to be a spa hotel and then ask the guests to pay for spa (especially pools and sauna’s). I think it should be included.

Amazing hotel. It was our 2nd stay here. All the facilities, place around, spa, restaurants and bars are amazing, designed beautiful. Nice cosmetics in the room, the style is a good combination of design and humour. Spa, outdoor pool and sauna near the open water were so nice. We tell enjoyed being there. Staff was polite and friendly.

The staff were quite cold and not very friendly. However the most annoying part of the stay, which the Booking.com page does not show is that almost none of the amenities are included in the price. You pay a lot for the rooms and then you feel like a 2nd class citizen because you have to pay to use the pool, padel courts etc.

The staff was well-trained, and there were clear routines in place to handle everything from check-in queues to breakfast service. However, the interactions felt somewhat scripted, lacking a personal touch or emotional engagement. For example, this was our 10th anniversary, which was mentioned in our booking, yet there wasn't a single acknowledgment or special detail to mark the occasion. In summary, EES Group and senior management still have some work to do to elevate the overall experience. A final note: while the small rooms are accurately described, they are indeed very small—so small that you practically have to roll over the bed to move around.

I loved the hotel's playful atmosphere, and the beach house facilities, especially the waterfront sauna and pools, were truly excellent. Also, the breakfast was very good.

Some small details: - It wouldn’t hurt having a well communicated spa-etiquette for even more comfortable experiende (now there were people in *sauna* with their phones scrolling social media with sounds on / entering pools without showering) - much better maintainance needed at The seashore sauna; The watertank was empty with dirty towels, trash and chewinggum in it.. Other than this The place was amazing

It wasn't entirely clear to me that access to the Beach Club i.e everything except for bed and breakfast, is not included in the price. This is most probably on me for not reading the website well enough - not all of that is in English . People booking through Booking.com should be aware, though, that anything else will cost extra, with prices for 9am to 11pm access and 4pm-11pm access.

Luxury standards are clearly what the hotel aims for and largely achieves. There's a little of the 'standard hotel' feel in the corridors sometimes but the artwork shows an attempt to beat that. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was huge with fantastic view towards the sea. Breakfast was generous and diverse, dinner options good.

LOVED it so much, more than we expected. Perfect for a romantic couple days away with it snowing outside it’s honestly like a film! Can’t fault anything except one of the out door pools was out of order on our last day but apart from that so so happy! The staff was so so lovely

Despite the relatively high price of the ”luxurious” accomodation, we were disappointed to find out that the pool area was not available without separate payment. Considering the amenities being rather typical for a pool relaxation area. Also, our bathroom sink was clogged. We realised this quite late in the evening, and had to pack our stuff and change rooms after bedtime. This inconvenience wasn’t however compensated in any way, and not even adequately apologised. In addition, we had a view from our rather tiny room to the hotel’s logistics area (trash, laundry, etc.) The overall area and venue were nice though, and we were planning on returning next year, but after this experience not so sure after all that we will.

Main restaurant was overbooked for dinner, so we could not eat there. We managed to have dinner at the beach club restaurant. Food was pretty dreadful overall. No room service. No service more generally. You need to pay extra for the beach club; gym and swimming pool are very small. Only treadmill out of service. In the room, slow or clogged sink drain, bad soundproofing, and 1 bottle of 250ml water per day in the minibar. Sickening scent in the corridors. People in bathrobes wandering around.

The booking process was painful - i had to coordinate separately for bookings with the restaurant, Beach club and hotel, this needs to be more seamless.

Dinner was delicious, the sauna by the Sea, the Beach club especially the day beds and fire room. The interiors are super nice with a Palm Springs vibe!
