There’s not much to say about something went wrong, just the mattresses where to soft for both of us.

Breakfast was fresh, a good mix of all you need early morning. Coffee service, tea, fruits, there were also waffle iron so you could make your own fresh waffle. The staff was friendly all the time, the rooms very clean, the restaurant high quality with good taste. We had fun at the bar with Daniel the resident barkeeper, he made tasty drinks and entertained with us and our son (1). We ordered for our son a baby crib and when we checked in, it was all nicely prepared. The hotel has a near and cool location, when you take the ferry right in front of the hotel you’re fast at any spot in Stockholm. The ambient and furniture in the hotel is clean, warm and cozy. We also ordered late night food and snacks by roomservice from the restaurant, worked very well without high extra payment. Finally it was a good choice for us and by next visiting Stockholm would book the same hotel again. I don’t need to share pictures because it looks exactly like shown by booking and also on their homepage. The spa we didn’t try out because they had some renovations at this week, maybe next time. Didn’t love the buffet breakfast. It was decent but I would add some omelettes and more no caffeinated teas. I would have like the gym to be free for guests.

I loved this hotel, would go back anytime, location is mega convenient with a public boat stop right across the street. The restaurant serves delicious dinner. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. The view from my room was lovely.

A great hotel in a really good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, yet you can easily walk into Sodermalm for some great views, ice cream and restaurants (would highly recommend Bar Agrikultur - the most delicious food!), grab a bus to the coast (Bjorkviks has a fabulous restaurant right by the beach) and easily pick up Ubers to get you back at night. Clean, comfortable rooms. Huge, tasty breakfast selection. And such a great price. I would highly recommend staying here.

The view of the city from the hotel is so nice. It’s in a quiet part of Stockholm but very peaceful. The breakfast is also so yummy.

It was a bit dark in the room due to the location of the windows. The coffee selection could improve, there was no decaf or cappuccino available, but that was only a minor issue. The buffet selection in general was great.

Only criticism is that the pool and gym are an additional cost. We had booked believing we had a hotel with a pool and gym. Technically true, but there was an additional significant cost for using these facilities at the hotel.

Room was excellent. And having just arrived in Sweden, our minds were blown by the fantastic breakfast buffet. Location across from the main area of Stockholm was excellent. Two short ferry stops away, with the ferry stop a few steps from the main door of the hotel. An excellent hotel and highly recommend

Nice place to stay . Transportation is very close both busses and boat going to city. Very nice sea view where you can see boats passing by. I love that place! Highly recommended!

The room was clean and comfortable, staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast is the best buffet breakfast I've had a hotel! The location is amazing, you can take the boat into central Stockholm right outside the front door. I will definitely be back!

Parking costs are OUTRAGEOUS. Lacking amenities such as shower cap, vanity kit, bathroom stuff .... which we've had at other Elite properties.

Great location BUT outside of the centre of Stockholm Terrific views ... from sea view rooms. Good breakfast buffet.

Our room was very small and facing the inner yard, meaning not much of a view. The room was also pretty basic, which I was not expecting, considering the name of the hotel includes "Elite". The spa was not included in the room price. The location is also fairly far from the city center, but accessible via buses or the local ferry.

A hotel with a beautiful view to the sea. Great breakfast with a lot of variety, and the food at the restaurant was good with a nice terrace next to the sea. Staff was very welcoming and accommodated our needs. Clean, basic rooms.
