Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only minor comment would be the bed, as it easily gets disturbed by the movements of the person next to you.
The room is spacious and thoughtfully designed, and we loved the sea view. The breakfast exceeded our expectations—definitely a must-try! We also enjoyed using the spa and its excellent facilities. While the location isn’t the most convenient, you get to experience commuting by boat, which is frequent and punctual. The bus stop is also within walking distance, making it easy to get around.

Our initial room had broken air conditioning and the refrigerator didn’t work. We went to the front desk and reported the problem. Not only did they immediately change our room but they also gave us a complimentary spa visit for our troubles. The service was above and beyond. My room was large and comfortable with a nice seating area set off from the bed. The view of the harbor was lovely. The breakfast was well stocked and had everything that I could imagine from pastries to cereal, eggs to vegetables and fruit. The croissants were buttery, light and some of the best I have ever had. The spa was wonderful. The pool is large and was at a perfect temperature. Although I did not fully engage in the cleansing rituals, I enjoyed quiet meditation on the heated marble benches. Initially I was worried about the distance from Stockholm but the city water taxi stops literally right outside the front door and provides a direct link to the city and its attractions in about 15 minutes.

United KingdomThere isn't much near the hotel, a small 'beer and boules' bar around the corner. A 20 minute walk there is a small selection of restaurants, a bit further a shopping centre with some more cafes.
Breakfast was excellent, beyond our expectations. Although we didn't have a room with full full sea-view windows, our room did face the front. It was great to have a limited view through the 'slit' windows. Access to the hotel by commuter ferry is easy and not expensive.

United KingdomWe reserved the hotel's spa, which was great, but unfortunately, many guests did not respect the rule about not bringing phones. Some people were making phone calls and sending voice messages, while others were taking pictures without considering the privacy of other clients. Additionally, the quiet spaces were not respected. The hotel should enforce these rules better for everyone to enjoy the spa. The restaurant downstairs had mixed service. Some waiters were exceptional, but others were rude. One waiter ignored our request for a table for two, while another offered us an uncomfortable table, claiming the better ones were reserved. Minutes later, another waitress seated us at one of those tables, which remained empty during our meal. On the first day, without a reservation, the terrace was full. It was disappointing that no tables were reserved for hotel guests. When I made the reservation through Booking.com, I received an email asking for direct payment to the property, which could have resulted in double charges. This was inconvenient and stressful. The hotel's response was unclear, but Booking.com customer service eventually resolved the issue a day before our arrival.
The breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel is beautiful. The restaurant downstairs is very good and convenient. The front desk staff were very helpful. We asked for a room on a high floor and got it. The view from the front is amazing. Overall, we had a great stay.

There were several restaurants on the website, but only one still in the hotel The price of the spa was too high for hotel guests. especially as it was double the cost of the spa for the wood hotel we had also stayed in.
Service was lovely, hotel and facilities were great. View outside was fabulous and ferry was right outside.

FinlandBed was really soft and in double bed, the whole bed was shaking when the other one changed their position, so not very comfy. The water pressure in the shower was very low, so rinsing thick and long hair can be a nightmare.
Breakfast was ok in Nordic standard, meaning great in southern European :), Room was very nice and tidy. Location is a bit far from centre, bc there's no quick & direct route. Ferry leaves every half an hour right in front of the hotel, which is convenient.

Second day we went late when restaurant closed but a kind Moroccan staff made us some sandwiches and drinks Room was very comfortable Staff were very helpful and receptionist went beyond her duties and contacted the parking company on my behalf to correct my mistake in putting the wrong car registration
