You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenThey really need to do something about the elevator chaos. Neither functionality or capacity are acceptable. Not all lifts go to the 3 topmost floors which means when you push the button on the ground floor next free lifr might not suit your floor. Also total capacity is too low which is strange for such a new hotel and lesds to long waiting times at rush hours.
Easy to reach by car. Lots of parking spaces. Pretty good breakfast. Comfy beds.

SwitzerlandI knowingly picked a windowless room. Instead, it was equipped with an illuminating wall panel to simulate daylight. Let me tell you: *it is convincing*. So convincing in fact that I kept losing track of time in the evening since the illusion is so on point that my body gets the impression that it's still mid-day. And that's the unexpected fault in it all; if I didn't remember to shut it off half an hour to an hour before bed (by e.g. losing track of time like mentioned before), I would find myself barely tired enough to fall asleep. It is a *great* feature, don't get me wrong; I'm just not sure if it's one I'd go for again in the future.
Friendly reception, good breakfast, clean rooms, handy location near several bus lines and the tram. Great starting point to go explore Lund, meet friends, etc.

Staff was nice and polite. Bed was clean, comfortable and not worn out. Room had all the standards of a hotel room despite I literally chose the cheapest option. Tv and internet worked well.

IrelandThe bar doesn’t open on a Sunday It’s in quite a business area so no nearby restaurants The towels need to be left on the floor to be changed, we left ours at the end of the bed and so they were not changed. The receptionists while lovely were not very informative ie where our room was, where the lifts were, etc
The breakfast was excellent as were the breakfast team and the gym was nice. Gave us vouchers to use during our stay

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a broad variety of quality ingredients. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I also made good use of the free bicycles, going to different meetings in Lund.
