The room i booked didn't have any windows and there was no receptionist or other staff member available, so I don't know who would I contact, if there was something missing in my room.

The location of the property was great, it was about 5-10 minutes of walking away from a subway station and tram and bus stations were even closer. Yet, the place was calm, there wasn't any noise and the room was nice and clean. For that price, it was even better than I expected.

Total lack of staff was a little odd and the entrance area feels abandoned which is a tad disconcerting

For whatever reason, noise came from above our room for 2 out of the 3 nights and sleeping wasn't easy. It appeared that the noise stopped around 5am on both of the noisy nights. I'm a light sleeper. The shower and toilet doors need to be planned to allow closure. The shower rail bottom screw came off the wall. The bannister going upstairs needs to be re bolted on. When people take suitcases upstairs, the bannister needs to be solid on the wall. It could prove dangerous if it was to come off the wall.

Location for Transportation around Stockholm was excellent. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops near by. (Even if they were mostly closed before 10pm).

The WC of my corridor broke: did not flush. My room's lock broke down (out of battery) and because of that I had to call many times to the staff at the night time, when I was already tired.

I got finally an excellent room, after my first room's lock run out of battery and did not work.

No human interaction (while this is welcomed, there were several aspects that didn’t work week) No shower gel and the hairdryer was not working. The linens were in a very poor condition. Ridiculously small sink.

Excellent location, very close to public transports, within walking minutes from city center. seems nice at the first glance.

It wasn't extremely clean, there were old stains on the wall and the room we were in could definitely be freshened up (the walls, the moquette, the electricity sockets), but honestly nothing that would stop me from booking again this accommodation. Something that could definitely improve the staying: a water boiler and a shoehorn in the room.

The position, the room: a lot of space and places where to put/hang stuff and clothes, nice, cosy.

The toilet/shower was very small.

It was a last minute booking as we'd been let down by another hotel. We'd landed at Arlanda 8pm, so reception was closed. I booked the room on line on our way in to Stockholm, when we got to the hotel i hadn't recieved the door code yet, so rang the number and was sent it very soon after and we were able to get in. As we literally only needed a bed for the night, it was perfect. We left very early again the next morning to catch a ferry to Turku, it was very convenient to walk to the ferry terminal from the hotel. There was a supermarket around the corner which was open till late so we were able to get a few snacks from there.

There are rooms which have their bathrooms on the hall. But if you are aware of that it is totally fine.

The location of the Hotel is great. Also it's easy to Check-In and access the rooms with the codes. The staff was very friendly and helped quickly if I needed anything.

The window did not close properly and was drafty, but with radiator turned up to a maximum it was OK. There was no fridge in the room which it said it would be. The drawers had a drip stain on one drawer and had damaged stains in three of the drawers. The drawers could be covered with a sheet or something inside.

It was what I needed for one night: quiet room to sleep. Clean bathroom snd toilet. Check-in worked well. Comfy bed, soft bedsheets.

The room was extremely tiny - smaller than stated in the description. It had a quasi-window looking out at the internal staircase. It was very noisy if someone climbed the staircase. Also, the sink in the room made sudden and loud gurgling sounds, which woke me up a few times. I've seen this mentioned in a Booking review a couple of years ago and nobody fixed it... The last thing is the digital code lock on the door. Once there was a glitch and it did not work for me, when I was coming back from taking a bath. It took a couple of minutes to work. Imagine getting locked out from your room in your pyjamas. There is no staff in the property. Keep your phone with you at all times when leaving the room.

The location of the place is good, although you need to go through a (non-functioning) café to get to it, which might be confusing. It was clean and the bathrooms were OK.
