Very busy and full hotel on the weekend. Breakfast was packed and staff struggled to keep up - with replenishing & tidying the buffet; broken glasses at juice bar were left there.

Great location, good room size, cool little bay window, heated bathroom floors. Staff were helpful and friendly. They arranged for a taxi to airport. It was also nice they left us a few little sweet treats for our wedding anniversary.

Rooms were small and little space to hang clothes. They were also dark. Breakfast was also expensive (so we opted not to take it). There is an entrance onto the Main Street but wasn't always open.

Very central and right on top of main tourist street. Nice contemporary design and the table tennis table was fun (and used). Rooftop bar could have been a little more but was combined with spa so more chilled.

I think the bedrooms could have better lighting. It felt dark even when all the lights were to the max intensity (they’re dimmable). Sadly, the room temperature is not something we can adjust, so when it was a bit cool we had to put pillows on the fans to cover the cold stream. I wish there were more fresh vegetables in the afternoon menus. Everything I tried was very delicious but most was fried (yummy Brussels’ sprouts, hummus, and baked peppers). A simple fresh salad choice in the menu could make a big difference.

This hotel is amazing. Let’s start by giving the staff a shout out. They were so nice and accommodating. Always with a smile and a positive attitude. Thank you for making me feel welcomed. Now, the location: the facility is located walking distance to old town, to the major shopping stores, to the castle and churches, theatre, and opera. Anything away from this area is only a 15-20 min ride. The facility is super chic, with many areas to lounge, wait for friends or pass time. Their vision is clear and it is to bring guests together. They offer many activities that invites you to interact with other guests (e.g. group running, yoga, movie night, rowing, networking, etc). We took advantage also of the spa and pool where the daily sunset was simply magical. The view is gorgeous from the 9th floor where there is also a nice soho-style lounge. The food was delicious. Let it be at the amazing buffet breakfast (with options for healthy or hearty food lovers) with choices for everyone. To the ground and 9th floors with quick bar bites, to the -2 floor cafeteria with to-go food. The bedrooms are well designed and the bed was comfortable. I had the family room style and it was very comfortable and practical.

Reception asked if we wanted room cleaning. We said no, as I would rather not have staff in the room during my stay, but the room was cleaned anyways.

The room was on the first floor and very dark, looking out over a narrow side street. It was also too hot (despite not being particularly warm outside), there was no air conditioning and only one small window which didn’t open very wide (but still let in traffic noise). Not the best nights sleep as a result!

Breakfast was very good and perfect location. Room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortable.

These are very small items versus what was actually a lovely stay. So please read as such. Super crowded breakfast on Sunday morning. But we were warned. Asked to pay for early check in even though the room was ready. Totally understand a fee for late check out that prevents cleaner’s access but don’t see the logic in this policy.The 18 euro fee was not welcome and we didn’t take up the offer.

The staff, the location and the breakfast options. The activities were a nice add! The little welcome gift for my wife’s birthday was kind and much appreciated.

Rooms are a bit (too) dark. Even with full lights is still somewhat like a cavern. Obviously that is part of the hotel's concept. We would like it brighter.

I missed the closet in the room.

Very friendly personnel - I arrived at 1.00AM to the hotel and the reception was still very much awake and helpful. They gave short and exact information what and when they offered, so you had to listen them very carefully ;). Room was superb for me, one person I had a double bed and a couch, but I missed the closet to put my things out of the baggage. The room was clean and made every day. Breakfast is in the big place, with really lot of food - for everyone. Hotel is located downtown, 10 minutes walk from the central station, where you can get Arlanda express to the airport. It is walking distance to everything.

There is no possibility to use the room with 'net' floor freely, only during 2-3 hours a day (usually, close to midday)

Very good location - 2 minutes from metro station. The hotel itself has a lot of facilities - cinema, gym, bicycle rent. Staff is helpful and friendly, room is cozy. Also, I recommend breakfast (there might be a queue, but they notify what times are less busy) and spa

Spa/pool access abit pricey for what you get.

Loved the cool outdoorsy decor of the hotel, with gorgeous rooftop bar! The windowless room was surprisingly comfortable too. Also loved that they had activities that you could join in. Breakfast was a feast!
