Heard practice music sounds dull noise whilst in bedroom thought it was mechanical at first but was told a rock show was scheduled for our second night in the very close next door building and yes 7 till midnight it would be loud I was so disappointed but they very kindly offered an apt next door but one in another building..fantastic how helpful ..

We stayed over in October, first night was a bit cold since the heating was not on. Apartment was quiet - until Friday night came and downstair restaurant opened for the night.

Breakfast was ok and the apartment was big and beatiful.

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a good location, but, notice, the building is next to a very noisy/loud bar, which stayed open till late. I suspect this is not the hotel's fault, but it was (very) hard to sleep.

Super central location Stayed at the newly renovated building next to the hotel which offered very nice and spacious rooms The terrace is great for enjoying the sun and some food and drinks

No parking, apartment was located on a very high floor and only steps to get there. We had lots of heavy luggage. No air conditioning, which is typical for these locations, but it was very hard to sleep, because the church bell rings every hour on the hour, and you must have your windows open in order to have any airflow. Also, beds are very Hard and uncomfortable.

It was warmer in the room, so we left our windows open which was nice. However, the location made it loud and harder to sleep at night with loud music from other bars close by.

It was nice that breakfast was included and a nice outdoor bar area. The location was also good.

no communication prior to stay. sent email from booking.com website about parking. never received a reply. we checked in late. issues in bathroom with blocked sink and faulty shower fixing. also window safety mechanisms were faulty/damaged staff were helpful and offered some financial redress which was gratefully accepted. now they are aware of problems I’m sure the issues will be fixed. however it would be nice to think staff would be proactive and find these problems rather than rely on feedback from unhappy customers

Pricey hotel, especially considering the small double room in the annex across the street - the big bed fills it almost entirely and 2 people - or even 1 person - with normal sized suitcases would not find any space. No desk for a business traveller. The bed was not too comfortable as the mattress slighted to the side. Breakfast is fair but not special - which is disappointing for Swedish standards.

Friendly welcome, helpful staff, superb location - walkable to ferry and Main Square.

The only very slight complaints were that it was a bit chilly in the room and that the speed of the WiFi on the 4th floor varied quit a lot

Excellent hotel in a perfect location and very good value for money. The room was spacious, clean and with extremely comfortable beds, we sleep like babies. WiFi was free and with no password. A nice little lounge area as well with two chairs and a table. Nice breakfast in a charming atrium with very nice staff. There is also free coffee available 24/7 (water kettle and nescafe). And speaking of staff, a very special mention must go to Mikaela, whos kindness and service mindedness needs a very special mention.

We had to change room for our last night because we prelonged our stay. We got two single beds which wasn't that good. They where too soft and unsturdy. We also heard people out in the corrridor very well. Those are my only complaints.

The total feel of the place, the rooms and common areas where great. The double beds where comfy and we enjoyed our stay.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good as you didn't have to book a time slot and it was help yourself buffet covering lots of different options and allergies and quite a wide time frame. Netflix on the TV. Location nice being near the sea and some lovely shops, also a lovely sauna and relaxation pool in the clarion hotel that is right next to this one.
