The room, bed and bathroom were all very small. I understand that this is common for Stockholm but still would've like a slightly better bed.

The included breakfast was satisfactory but not memorable. The location is truly fantastic but the room and bed could have been more comfortable.

We were on the top floor and our room was really hot. We did ask for some help and had a fan, but it was just the way it was unfortunately.

Wen I arrived at midnight, the man behind the counter was very rude and unfriendly, had it not been for the hour I would have gone to another hotel!

I checked in quite late in the evening - and the check-in was great! Breakfast was lovely, staff (also the cleaning satff) were all super friendly and the room was comfortable. My room did not have a hair dryer and when I asked at the front desk, a hair dryer was brought to me in 15 min - fantastic service! A great experience overall- thank you!

Room was very narrow so would be hard to have more than one person. Shower was also the entire bathroom so even with a curtain, most of the bathroom gets wet when showering. There was no AC unit and it was unusually warm during my stay. House keeping did bring me a fan which helped.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast (cold and hot) was included. About 7 minute was from the metro line.

When we checked in we got a used/dirty room …..not clean at all….. so when we complained they changed the room…. And gave us some snack Breakfast is quite poor and is very noisy….maybe the weekend.

Well, I missed a place to rest after the sauna, though I understand there isnt really much space... A foldable beach chair might do the job!

The chandelliers of course! I had the tiniest room Ive ever stayed in but it was there, all bright and shiny! :) Good breakfast, and flexible for using the extra facilities (gym and that cute little sauna)

We were given to a room at the tompost level in spite of the fact that we did the booking some three monts in before and paid the total in advance at the same time. I'd expect that the room could be better a little bit under such conditions met. Roof windows slightly not fitting and thus some draught around them. Room doors very noisy when closing and I'm not sure if some guests know how to use the door handle.

Good location almost in the city center, some 10-15 mins to walk to the Royal Palace / Gamla Stan, 5 mins to walk to the metro stations. The hotel is located at a quite huge street, but we didn't recognize any noise and also the place itself seemed to be very safe; no night racket as it could be expected looking at the position of the building. Cosy room with a small shower + toilette, kettle and tea/coffee bags provided. Good and rich breakfast, wide choise of dish. Nice staff.

The bathroom is very simple and I expected a bath for a Junior Suite. Nevertheless, I think it is the culture in Stockholm / Sweden because I checked a lot of hotels/rooms on Booking.com and none of them had a bath (or you have to pay between €500 and €1,000 for one night).

The room (Junior Suite) is amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The staff is kind and helps a lot.
