Safe in our room didn't work which was annoying, latch didn't catch so would always open back up after code had been entered. Room key would always stop working if it was caught near or close to phone when pocketed. Room walls were thin, so you could hear everything and neighbours made it known if they heard you to. For a couple catching up after 8 weeks this wasn't easy to manage, however we did what we had to do, thanks to a loudspeaker and window. I'll say less TV volume capped @55max and won't allow you to go higher, which was poor audibly during the day. There is no gym just 2 pieces of machinery. Lat pull down and chest press machine. It's open right in the centre of the hotel so you're exposed to everyone, no privacy. Sauna is literally a small cupboard, can fit 3, ppl max in my opinion.

Location, room, breakfast facilities, staff and amenities like the laundry & room all good. I particularly love the location walking distance to mall and train station. 15-20mins train ride to central which was great for me. Staff were particularly great and accommodating to meet our needs, offer advice etc.

If you are travelling as a tourist, the location is a bit far from the centre but the price reflects this, and it is easy to get into central Stockholm via the metro.

Simple hotel that has all the basics you need. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Easy to check in in the middle of the night via self check-in screens. Breakfast is included and plentiful with lots of options.

The floor of the room we stayed in was very dirty and the bed i had was falling apart underneath, like the fabric thats there so you cant look inside the bed fell into my suitcase with a lot of dust. Only noticied on 3rd day when i needed the suitcase. But it didnt effect the bed when sleeping on it, we did sleep good. No dresser or smaller things to put your stuff, no hooks anywhere to hang stuff, only five clothing hangers and thats it. 2 hooks on the bathroom, not alot. Could have been nice just to have more hangers/hooks for clothes in the room or a small dresser of some sort. But otherwise nice, you get good value for money.

In some cases the pictures of the rooms do not reflect the actual room: watch out for rooms "without windows". The ones shown in the pictures have windows facing an internal patio, but there a some with really no windows at all!

The staff was very nice, had an issue with the first room and they understood and very kindly proposed to change. Very good service indeed!

It was close to the public transport stations, the breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. For that price, it is a very good choice. The sauna was clean and nice as well.

The room was a little bit on the smaller size but I wouldn't mind booking it again for the next time.

A nice hotel for short trip accommodation. The staff were very sweet and friendly. Very clean rooms with nice decoration, very good shower and bathroom. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special. Anyway, you will not stay hungry. I would stay here again

I have never experienced a ventilation system so loud that I couldn’t sleep. I had to sleep in my airpods with noice cancelling on. That’s how horrible the noise was.

Nothing to complain

It was a good stay. I did not even know about sauna in advance, but well surprised with the one. It was empty even on a cold evening. So great to relax alone. The rest is just a nice hotel, not far from station, bed is comfy and fresh, good temperature in the room and shower.
