The room had no window (I knew that in advance) and therefore it had a bit of a smell. Be aware that the single rooms are very small, with limited space to hang clothes and no desk or anything similar (you can use the room downstairs). Overall place could do with a facelift.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. It's well located, close to metro stations, but in a quiet part of the city with water and parks nearby. Breakfast was varied. No thrills check-in.

The room was small and cramped, as were the hotel's hallways. It was tricky to get in at night and early in the morning. Overall a little claustrophobic.

Small double room. 2 small reading lights mounted in centre of bed head were dangerous. I banged my head twice on them and my wife burned her hand on one of them. Shower head hose was falling apart and heated towel rail was pulled out of wall. Room 312. Not really central to anything. Restaurants area was 2 kilometers away..

The room was very small and you could not enter the bed on 2 sides, which made it difficult as we are a little older.

The twin room is a little on the small side for 2 adults sharing and we were not given new towels or cleaned room or made up beds whole time during our stay, also no fridge or any water provided

Everything! The breakfast selection varied each day, the beds were super comfy, the sauna was a great addition to our stay, the staff were always available and helpful, location is great and very central to everything, the shuffleboard is also fun in lobby

Our room (#4) had a window to the street, which was very low, 1.5 meters from the pavement, and we didn't feel comfortable enough to keep it open (for air) with every person passing by and looking into the room and being able to jump in. We couldn't keep the curtain aside for the same reason, as we were 3 young women in the room and had to change clothes with the window and curtain closed all day.

The room was very spacious, given an additional bed. The hotel lobby was great, with many places to sit and hang out, with books, things to play with, great homey design. The breakfast was perfect with many options to choose from, also for vegan.

The economy room was smaller than expected and without windows

I liked the shuffle board. The common area was very welcoming and spacious. The food was very good and various.

Location was about 25 minute walk from main centre (train station), although an underground station was a few streets away. The shower was really tight, bathroom was small. I booked a windowless room to save money but I didn’t realise how small and stuffy it would feel. Lesson learned.

Quick check-in. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent with lots of continental options and a few hot items. Corridor on ground floor was quiet.

We had booked a room without windows without realising. The staff changed this for us when we complained about the stuffiness and lack of ventilation. There was also some noise from the plumbing in the room.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location was very convenient. Nice walk along the river towards the centre. Metro near and plenty of buses.

Not very clean, we stayed 3 nights but no one took our towels, cleaned the room, etc.

The food was 10/10. Also the whole design of the hotel + the lobby was nice.
