The rooms are a bit tight but the common area makes up for it!

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is great- a bit out of town center but within walking distance and near grocery stores and restaurants. The common areas of the hotel were very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great too!

The walls of the hotel are painted in dark gray tones, very gloomy! Little light everywhere!

There were only 2 pillows and they were very small. The bathroom was designed oddly so that the space was very limited but it was sufficient. There was only 1 outlet near the bed so we both couldn't charge our phones.

The cleaning is only after 4 nights of stay. It should be more often. There was no fridge in the room

The breakfast was excellent. The lobby was very comfortable and the staff friendly. The room was spacious. The hotel was quite near of metro services. Around 7 minutes from Fridhemsplan station.

Less comfortable, small room, window to a firewall. Corridor is a bit used. But altogether it was ok for our stay.

Good breakfast, but they were short of by fruits. No cleaning, May be the waste-bin should be emptied at least every 2. day.

For the price, the room could have been a bit bigger or have better bedside tables, etc to put things on.

Just a 20-25 minute walk from central station and easily accessibly by bus or metro, it was worth choosing this for the price, rather than something more central. The breakfast was amazing and, given the price of food in Stockholm, well worth making sure you include. Staff were great on arrival.

The room felt really old and not well maintained. The wooden floor for example had residue of old stains and there were a lot of scratches reflecting its old age. The bed was also not very comfortable.

Some things could be renewed (remote and one lamp above the bed didn’t work). On the last floor there is AC (little noisy) but there is no possibilty to turn it off.

Breakfast wasnt the worst, but definitely not the best either. A lot of things run out unless you arrive by 9. Not the cleanest to be honest- i moved the sofa to bring my kid closer and underneath was full of forgotten items and SO MUCH DUST!

Room was spacious and the location is excellent! Staff were friendly and kind. The hotel has a really cool common space, with games, and a communal vibe- my kids loved it.

Very dark and low ceilings Wasn’t sure what was available free at the foyer - drinks, hot water? Very few staff around to ask Strange musty smell in the room Nothing in the room - water, fridge, kettle. If you arrive late you will need a bottle water and soap as only very bad soap in the bathroom. Only one pillow each on the bed

Exceptional value for August in Stockholm especially as it was walkable to the main train station & attractions Really nice area around the hotel to walk by the water. Great Vietnamese nearby and Coop etc Bathroom was good Breakfast was really good, lots of seating space and leisurely Bar at the hotel was competitively priced in relation to nearby bars

Lack of windows, which i knew about when booking. There is no AC, however the wall vent worked well. I had no issues sleeping well.

Clean bedsheets, clean shower and toilet. No noise whatsoever. Excellent reception personnel: polite, proactively provided info about breakfast times, helpful with other instructions. Quality breakfast meal: different kinds of swedish bread, ceylon tea, strong coffee, meat dishes, fresh fruit and veggies, dessert, etc. Clean cutlery, food area was clean and well organized, kitchen staff was very attentive :) Lugagge room available! Staff was very flexible on that. Great experience, this hotel was a very nice surprise.

Not that bad, but expected some essentials in the room, like shampoo or shower gel, kettle to make your own coffee, no bottled water.

Tiny bathroom, where two people cannot use sink and toilet at the same time. No daily house keeping, however towels and toilet paper was always available upcon request.

Location was very good, 20min walking distance from the city centre. Reception and common area had large relax zone, dinning tables and entertainment stuff like ar archade machine. Free of charge coffee a24/7. Very good breakfast with warm dishes and sweets. We used option to store our luggage upon early arrival. As we stayed in Stockholms Pride time, we were pleasantly surprised about decorations.
